M&L for dehydration of transformer oil through on load mobile stream line transformer oil filtration plant at site with all accessories connected to transformer and carrying out filtration of oil for desired dielectric strength i.e. not less than 55 KV at 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Oil to be tested before and after filtration and test report to be submitted by the contractor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Labour only for shifting of transformers from one location to another by disconnecting both HT and LT connection from cable end box and taking down exisiting transformers from any location by using cranes or suitable arrangement and refixing at a location and making HT/LT connection at a location complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge. Note: 1. The quotated rates shall be inclusive of cost for hiring cranes and transportation cost involved.

Disconnection of both HT and LT connection from cable end box, taking down the disconnected transformer(Outdoor/indoor type) from platform, and transportation of unserviceable transformer complete unit to workshop including loading/unloading of capacity 63KVA to 200KVA, 11/0.433 KV at Sevoke Road Mil Stn and Bagrakote Mil Stn, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (a) Disconnecting and taking down faulty / defective copper wound transformer , opening the top cover, draining out unserviceable insulation oil, and carrying out the following work. (b) Complete Rewinding of HT / LT leg coil complete using copper wire of appropriate gauge, size and turn as existing with double paper coated insulation including all requisite insulating materials like packing sleeves, separator, tapes etc. as specified and existing, heating, varnishing the core and winding assembly after framing up top and bottom steel structure of transformer all as specified and directed. ( HT / LT Leg coils copper wound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch ‘A’ here-in-after). (c) Replacement of all insulating materials other than incorporated for rewinding of LT/HT coils as existing. (d) Fixing of HT porcelain bushing with studs, nuts, washers 3 Nos and LT porcelain bushing with studs, nuts and washers 4 Nos and connection with primary and secondary winding main terminals all as directed and specified. ( HT/LT bush with stud, nuts, washers shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch’A’ here-in-after). (e) Fixing only existing serviceable accessories as obtained from Ser No (a) after proper cleaning, minor repair etc all as required and directed. (f) Replacement of all gasket materials in top cover, HT, LT bushing using rubberized gasket sheet 4.0/6.0 mm thick duly pasted with gasket cement.

(g) Replacement of unserviceable bolts, fixing of existing serviceable bolts, nuts, washers of different size and tightening properly. (h) Repositioning of core and winding assembly inside the tank, assembling the complete unit and filling of transformer oil and subsequent testing complete all as directed. (j) Type Tests as per clause 16.1.1 and routine test as per clause 16.1.2 of IS-2026 (Part I)-1977. are to be carried out at manufacturer work shop all as directed. (k)Shifting the transformer from its original side to manufacturer work shop and retunbach after repair including reconnection of HT/LT cables and including subsequent testing complete all as directed. (l) Rewing works to be carried out in any reputed transformer manufacturer work shop and routine test are to be done at said work shop complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-charge as per IS provisions stated above.

All as described in Sch ‘A’ item No 3 here-in-before but of capacity 200 KVA to 315KVA , 11/0.433 KV but Using copper winding wire/strips of Appropriate gauge/size for rewinding, ( HT / LT Leg coils shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch ‘A’ here-in-after) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

All as described in Sch ‘A’ item No 3 here-in-before but of capacity 315 KVA to 750KVA , 11/0.433 KV but Using copper winding wire/strips of Appropriate gauge/size for rewinding. ( HT / LT Leg coils shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch ‘A’ here-in-after). complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Disconnection of both HT and LT connection from cable end box, taking down the disconnected transformer from platform, and transportation of unserviceable transformer complete unit to workshop including loading/unloading CSS of capacity 600 KVA to 1000KVA air cooled, 11/0.433 KV, complete rewinding of burnt out HT/LT side copper winding wire/strips of Appropriate gauge/size and other minor spare parts like, bushes, studs, nuts, washers etc heating, varnishing the core and testing the repaired transformer including refixing it to original location all as specified and as directed. ( HT / LT Leg Cu coils and paper insulation shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch ‘A’ here-in-after), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Supply only pure Nomax paper class 'F' for transformer coil insulation for insulation for HT & LT coil in any type of transformers of specified rating, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Supply only LT leg coil of copper conductor/ strips for transformer of capacity up to 1000 KVA complete with insulation, varnishing by vacuum impregnation and baking of coil assembly, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Supply only HT leg coil of copper conductor for transformer of capacity up to 1000 KVA complete with insulation, varnishing by vacuum impregnation and baking of coil assembly, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Disconnecting the transformer (plinth/ pole mounted/ outdoor/ indoor 11 KV/ 433 volts) from HT/ LT system and opening carefully by draining out the transformer oil for stopping the leakages by replacing the following unserviceable spare parts of capacity 63 KVA to 750 KVA including refilling the transformer oil and reassembling after repairs and ensuring no leakages, loose connections on HT/ LT side & charging the system complete all as specified and as directed in (Spare parts will be measured and paid separately under relevant supply only items), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Supply only of LT Porcelain Bushing with Brass stud, nuts and washers (Set of 04) for transformer cap 63KVA to 200 KVA ,11/0.433 KV , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

M&L for painting transformer complete by removing existing oil paint by scrapping and applying two coats of approved colour synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces including writing SM / MES numbers and date of oil tested etc. all as directed by Engr-In-Charge and applying one coat of cement base paint on transformer plinth complete all as specified and as directed for the Transformer of capacity 25 KVA to 75 KVA, 11 KV/0.433 KV., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

All as per ser item No 20.00 as above but of Transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 200 KVA, 11 KV/0.433 KV, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

All as per ser item No 20.00 as above but of Transformer of capacity 300 to 750 KVA, 11 KV/0.433 KV, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Supply and replacement of transformer oil for topping up of transformers any capacity all as conforming to IS - 335 at different transformers & different locations. Note : The dielectric strength of the transformer oil must be 45 KV r.m.s (min), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge. Note : (i) Test certificate in respect of the same to be submitted by the contractor duly signed by the Engr-In-Charge. (ii) The dielectric strength of the transformer oil must be more than 45 KV (min).

M&L for replacement of steel tubular hot dipped GI (Galvanised Iron) coated swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug bolts, nuts & screw as specified type 410 SP-31, 9.0 meter long, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

M&L for replacement of steel tubular hot dipped GI (Galvanised Iron) coated swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug bolts, nuts & screw as specified type 410 SP-55, 11.0 meter long, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

S&F earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32x6mm aluminium strip, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning in repair of gang operated device (GOD), triple pole, current rating 400 amps, HT 11 KV vertical, mechanically operated mounted on insulators and steel frame with operating mechanism operated from ground with and including jumper connection with ACSR conductor along with PVC pipe covering with colour code between main supply and GOD including taking downcomplete all as specified and as directed including taking down the old unsv GOD, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

M&L for swing out expulsion fuse single pole (drop out fuse) with porcelain/ resin cast insulators and brass metal parts for 11000 volts of capacity 100amps complete all as specified and as directed incl taking down unsv one , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Servicing the 11/33 KV GOD by cleaning the contact, disc / pin insulator with CRC cleaning agents and applying petroleum jelly at the contact points / down rod links for smooth operation including replacement of rusted / corroded bolts & nuts and defective insulator of GOD, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge. Note :- Spare parts shall be measured and paid superlatively under relevant items of this schedule.

Supply only Male / Moving contact (Nife) made of brass or gun metal with brass nuts & bolts, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Supply only Female / Fixed top contact made of brass or gun metal with brass nuts & bolts, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

M&L for painting to HT steel tubular pole 11.0 meter long after preparing of surfaces in all respect for making smooth surface and painting with one coats of aluminium paint upto 9.5mtr including cross arms/ MS channels and black/red paint in rest 1.5 mtr height from bottom of pole, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

M&L for three numbers of reflector/ fluorescent strip of 50 cm width Red, yellow & blue colour to be fixed at the height 1.5 meter from ground level. & writing the pole number & feeder No., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

M&l for pin type polymer, vitreous, white, brown or green insulators including one GI spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut, suitable for working pressure 11 KV including taking down old unserviceable unsv insulators, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Material and labour for spreading 40 mm graded stone aggregate in layers n.exc 15 cm thick around the 2 pole/ 4 pole structure, in power house at different area, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Supply and fixing one number high performance digital protection relay for over load and earth fault protection suitable for 30/110 volts DC auxiliary power supply for 11KV VCB SCADA compatible, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge. Note : Necessary addition(s) / alteration(s) to existing VCB front panel such as cutting / welding of front size of panel board / position if required including necessary modification of wiring shall be carried out at site by the contractor without any extra cost. Note : Necessary addition(s) / alteration(s) to existing VCB front panel such as cutting / welding of front size of panel board / position if required including necessary modification of wiring shall be carried out at site by the contractor without any extra cost.

Disconnecting & taking out non-functional indoor VCB of any description and any make of rating 11 KV, upto 630 Amps dismantling / opening of the VCB for servicing / overhauling, taking out and removing unserviceable/defective parts including cleaning & servicing ,greasing, oiling of the parts etc and replacement of unserviceable parts with new one, reassembling the VCB after overhauling / servicing and Calibration and testing of 11KV VCBs indoor type alongwith control panel and control wiring, protection system and relays by injection system in primary / secondary side, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge. (Note: The quoted rates of the contractor includes for fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts. The new replaced parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch `A’ as supply only. Contractor has to perform any repair free of charge within 6 month of performing servicing of VCBs, part will paid separately under relevant item of this Sch)

Supply and fixing in repair of CT resin cast single phase 11 KV of ratio 100/5 Amps suitable burden, conforming to IS 3156/1992, frequency 50 Hz , single phase,suitable VA burden and class-I accuracy for protection and metering equipments. matching with the existing VCB system, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of PT resin cast single phase 11 KV of ratio 100/5 Amps suitable burden, conforming to IS 3156/1992, frequency 50 Hz , single phase,suitable VA burden and class-I accuracy for protection and metering equipments. matching with the existing VCB system, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Supply and fix in repair of VCB trolley of ABB make for existing VCB of following specifications: 12 KV, 630A, 110 V DC, 220 V AC Insulation type - 28KV/75KV PK, TYPE - 1VDU07002-YN. Entire system shall be SCADA compatible and shall comply with IEC-62271-100 / IEC62271-1, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Supply only Indicator lamp LED type of different colour as per existing, 230 volts incl taking down old unsv ones, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

M&L for cement concrete in foundation, filling mass concrete type-C1, 1:3:6, (40mm graded aggregate), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of size 50-95 sq mm incl taking down unsv one, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of size 120-185 sq mm incl taking down unsv one, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

M&L for cleaning of MES Electric Supply installations / campus by surface dressing or trimming of natural ground to remove small inequalities n.exc 15 cm deep ( including removing vegetation / shrubs / brush wood / under-growth ), cleaning of drains & carrying away the rubbish to a distance of n.exc 50 mtr away complete for each substation area inside the fencing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

M&L for cross arms bracings supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections incl nuts bolts washers welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of aluminium paint incl preparation of surfaces incl dismantling, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Supply and laying GI pipe 80 mm medium grade for UG cable protection with all fitting fixed to pole or laid in trenches or laid in floor/rood, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

M&L for servicing and calibration and testing by authorised service engineer of manufacturer for upto 1MVA 11KV/443V CSS comprising of 11KV RMU with one number HT breaker and two nos load break switches and out going VCBs on LT sides with replacement of minor spare parts such as internal wiring for relays, fuses, battery etc and calibration and testing of 11KV VCB alongwith control panel and control wiring, protection system and relays by injection system in primary / secondary side, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

M&L for finding out pin point location of 11KV XLPE UG cable faults by fault locator machine at specified site, including necessary excavation work all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: All necessary arrangements at site for testing equipment including hiring locator machine from state electricity board will be responsibility of contractor and rates for same will be included in quitted rates, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Supply and installing at location approved make 04 nos fire buckets with stand of 24 gauge galvanised steel painted white inside and red out side and black on the bottom inscribed with letters FIRE in black and gold including stand fabricated out of sheet metal 16 gauge shade platform and associated civil work painting etc as approved, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Supply and fixing standard shock treatment charts in English & Hindi duly framed and covered with glass, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Supply only fire extinguishers dry chemical type powder type ISI marked portable trolley b type capacity 6 Kg, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Supply only ISI marked portable fire extinguishers CO2 type capacity 4.5Kg, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

S&F Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut, 50mm height, 65mm dia for 550 volts grade, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

S&F in repairs to Air-break switch (isolator) off load, rotating type, 33 KV, 1250 Amps capacity, with proper alignment of isolator rotating blades, with fixed contact jaws, arcing horns, applying petroleum jelly to moving mechanism, cleaning and lubricating to isolator gear box assembly, tightening all nuts, bolts and clamps of jumpers etc, repairing to isolator gear box assembly and making in proper serviceable condition for smooth functioning, testing and commissioning on load, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Material and labour for servicing /testing of line breaker & control panel including outdoor CT, PT and relays in control panel of outdoor VCB of capacity 1250 Amps and rating 36 KV complete as details mentioned as under complete all as specified and as directed:- (a) Details of servicing of breaker :- (i) Checking of Closing/Tripping coil assembly, (ii) Adjustment of mechanism if required. (iii) Clean the circuit breaker to remove dust and dirt. The envelope of the vacuum interrupter and insulating materials shall be wiped with a clean cloth. (iv) Checking the contact for wear. Replace if the contact piece has worn out. (v) Apply a small amount of oil to rotary sections, sliding surfaces, pins, coupling section, etc.use grease for the operating shaft and bearings, and machine oil for other parts. (vi) Check for rust and wear. (vii) Checking of spring charge mechanism (viii) Visual check for rust and deformation. (ix) Check for loosened bolts and nuts, broken spring washers and snap pins etc. (x) Check for loosened connections, rust, damaged lead wires. (xi) Checking of control circuit & tighten the connections if any. (xii) Check close & trip coil. (xiii) Replacement of Dashpot/shock absorbers. (xiv) Replacement of carbon brush of spring charging motor. (xv)Cleaning of porcelain bushing (xvi)Checking of limit switch

(b) The following test shall be carried out:- (i) Primary Injection Test of outdoor CT / PT (ii) Closing & Opening Timing Test for all three poles. (iii) IR Test with megger in open and closed condition. (iv) Contact resistance test for all three poles (v) Closing coil resistance (vi) Tripping coil resistance. (c) Testing of following relays of control panel with Secondary Injection Kit ,checking and programming of relay :- (i) Over current and earth fault relay (d) Testing of following Aux relay (i) Master trip relay. Note: All equipment used for tested should be calibrated within 1 year.

Taking down existing unserviceable/Faulty LT UG cable 1100V of any size from existing location and relaying the same after necessary repair work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge. (Note: Items if required for repair and excavation works will be measured and paid separately under relevant items)

Relaying of old recovered cable cover or brick of any size in trenches, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

M& L for laying LT underground Cable, including takingdown existing u/s XLPE insulated, heavy duty armoured sheathed 1100 volts grade 300 Sqmm, 3.5 core, with aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS : 7098(Part-1) complete incl making necessery cable end connection with lux/tape, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

M& L for laying LT underground Cable, including takingdown existing u/s XLPE insulated, heavy duty armoured sheathed 1100 volts grade 120 Sqmm, 3.5 core, with aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS : 7098(Part-1) complete incl making necessery cable end connection with lux/tape, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

M& L for laying LT underground Cable, including takingdown existing u/s XLPE insulated, heavy duty armoured sheathed 1100 volts grade 70 Sqmm, 3.5 core, with aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS : 7098(Part-1) complete incl making necessery cable end connection with lux/tape, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

M&L for boring holes 2mtr deep in soil under roads/PCC as directed for cable passing through pipes of required size and disposal of soil to a distance not exc. 50m, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge. (Note: Connected items like Pipes is measured and paid seperately under relevant items under this schedule).

Supply and fixing cable junction box with terminals having dressed with four colour Tap, having protection "weather proof" for outside installation with metric knockout entry for cable of size 16 sqmm 4 core and size 155x210x92mm with terminals and provision of one MCB SP 6A complete with all pole brackets and fixing arrangements, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

M&L for cement concrete in foundation, filling mass concrete type-C2, 1:3:6, (40mm graded aggregate), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

S & F cable jointing kit for 1100 V grade for straight through joint complete with jointing material heat shrink type and accessories suitable for 3.5/4 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 10 to 35Sqmm, indoor/outdoor type including taking out & relaying damaged cable after repair, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

All as per serial item No 91 as above but size 50-120 sqmm 3.5/4 core, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Servicing of LT Panel including fixing of damaged doors including disconnecting of all LT cable and refixing including painting and replacement of lugs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Excavation in trenches exc 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 3.0 Mtr deep soft loose soil type of soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level for cable/stay, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

M&L PCC, type C1, (1:3:6, using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping of poles including formwork complete all as specified and as directed including demolition of old damaged concrete from pole, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

M&L PCC, type D2, (1:4:8, using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in PCC/Road cutting /installation area and foundation of pole etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

M&L for replacement of steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug bolts, nuts & screw as specified type 410 SP-55, 11.0 meter long, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
