SITC of of inset type, Uni-directional, Green LED turning pad Light fixture, single lead suitable for operation with 6.6A, series circuit, conforming to relevant technical specification complete with all accessories like LED lamp,Driver, Connecting lead, prisms etc. as per DGCA CAR and annexture 14 requirments with shallow bases as required etc. complete as required as per tender specification & direction of Engineering In-Charge including necesary cutting and filling of runway surface with suitable compound.

Design Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of indoor type Microprocessor based Constant Current Regulator (CCR) suitable for remote as well as local control operations with 5 position brightness control (6.6A maximum current corresponding to 100% brightness) on input voltage 230/415 V, 50hz., AC supply, Control voltage: 48VDC ,provision for control supply with switchgears, CCR protections, connection/ inter-connection etc. including 04 nos. of bottom wheel and main power supply incomer MCCB Complete as required as per site condition as per tender specification as directed by Engineering In-Charge. 25 KW, 6.6A output current.

Supply of AMA make instrument for setting & checking horizontal and vertical angle of approach light as per DGCA CAR.

Establishment and submission of Light planes of approach light for both sides of the runway as per DGCA CAR for Jharsuguda Airport through OEM or Authierized person as per site requirement as per direction of Engineering in-charge. (06 & 24 side of runway)

Supply of 15 watt round surface mounted panel light led fitting 160 mm inner dia & outer dia 190 mm. , min 100 Lumens/watt with driver minimum CCT of 5000 to 6500K suitable for single phase 230V AC,50 Hz, power supply. (as per technical specifications) (5 year warrantee shall be provided for complete fittings i/c driver by manufacturer/dealer in favour of AAI)Complete as required as per site condition as per tender specification as directed by Engineering In-Charge.

Supply of minimum 40 watt LED flood light of innovative die-cast Al IP65 light fixture having minimum 4000 lumen output & CCT of 6000± 300K i/c necessary electronic driver, high power LED lamp suitable to operate on 230V ac power supply with connector etc as per tender specifications complete as required. (5 year warrantee shall be provided for complete fittings i/c driver by manufacturer/dealer in favour of AAI)

Supply and Installation of Vertical air terminal 1 Mtrs.long made with solid 16 mm. dia. Copper rod tappered to 10mm dia complete as per site requirment & as per direction of Engineer Incharge.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe Including charcoal/ coke and salt etc. as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Earthing with Copper earth plate 600 mm X 600mm x 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonary encloser with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long Including charcoal/ coke and salt etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25mm X 5mm copper strip in 40mm dia G.I. Pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc as required.

Supply of minimum 1.00 W Power LED modules/strip consisting of length 1ft.(cosisting of 20 LED modules, each modules consist 3 LED) suitable as per preffered makes to operate with 12V DC Input and CCT of 6000 ± 300K including connecting wire as per OEM for existing signage board complete as required as per site condition of engineering in charge with five years warranty from OEM and as per technical specification as per direction of Engineer Incharge.

Supply of electronic driver of minimum 30W suitable to operate with 230V, 50Hz for LED module for existing signage board complete as required as per site condition of engineering in charge with three years warranty from OEM.

Dismentaling, shifting & re-installation of existing fire alarm panel (make:-EST-3x), MCP, Hooters, Smoke detector, Cable (associated area) & Programming the same in new fire control panel room including necessary connection and interconnection with 1.5 Sq.mm copper cable as required as per site condition and direction of EIC.

Entry/ Exist Announcer - type B with portal Drawing No. refer design drawing 1.6b Providing and fixing Non-illuminated signs including all operations from fabrication to installation all complete as per drawings, technical specifications, signage schedule and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. All exterior signs should be manufatured considering harsh outdoor conditions, weatherproofing techniques and materials shall be used. Sign Portal : Type B Type B: In case of no portal , 50mm deep porta has to be fabricated from 3 mm thick aluminium composite panel with 0.25 mm PVDF, exterior grade with manufactures warranty and test certificate from principle OEM from ALUDECOR/ ALUCOBOND /EUROBOND or equivalent make, with yellow pantone 116c Vinyl stuck over it/as per AAI instructed. The internal structural frame to be made from 50x50x2 mm aluminium box section. Sign Letters: Providing and fixing Primary channel letters 50mm thk and Secondary profile cut letters 10mm thk, 3D cut letters in black glossy acrylic.All the letters would be made in profile to achieve true right angle. All mounting would be done in true plumb and using templet, keeping the alignment of the letters in one level Complete as required, as per site condition, as per tender specification, as per drawing attached, as directed by Engineering In-Charge.

Floor mounted directional sign - Single Refer design drawing 2.1b-3: Providing and fixing illuminated signs including all operations from fabrication to installation all complete as per drawings, technical specifications, signage schedule and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Sign face: Sign face shall be made in 8mm thick 040 white acrylic (as specified) having graphics pasted in Plotter cut Blockout vinyl.Entire panel covered with a protective overlaminate. The films to wrap around the edge of the acrylic to a distance of 25mm on the back side. The Plotter cut blockout vinyl shall match the specified colour (colour Pantone Black 6C) and vinyl for text Pantone yellow C or Cyan 311C as per graphics and of specified make duly approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. Sign Frame: Providing and fixing sign frame 50mm wide powder coated, colour RAL 9006 special aluminium extrusion with inbuilt frame to recieve the sign face. The sign face shall be fixed to sign frame with the 3M brand dual lock system in one side and 3M bothway tape from the other side.The panel should be made easily openable for maintainance Complete as required, as per site condition, as per tender specification, as per drawing attached, as directed by Engineering In-Charge.

Sign Structure: All structural members in SS square post 100 x 100 x 3 mm, brush finished. base plate embedded below the floor finish and provided with a floor trim ring. All hardware used for fixing of sign shall be Stainless steel.Post including SS base Plate and Gussets in 6mm thick SS Plate as per drawing with holes to fix it on holding down bolts anchored in concrete slab. The post shall closed with a 3 mm thick SS plate as specified and approved by the Engineer-In-charge. The Post shall be always be a single contnuous element without any joints.Cost to include all activities and temporary props used for a perfect vertical in plumb installation, etc required for fixing the sign in an internal location. The actual structural design of the sign for its stability shall be responsibility of the EPC contactor. Secret fixing methods should be used to fix parts together. Tension Rod: Providing and fixing tension rod in brush finished S.S. with the turn buckle syatem. Tension rod shall be fixed to the sign structure and the sign frame with S.S. gusset plates.

Lighting: All internal illumination shall be using Power LED Lights from Osram or equivalent ( Edge lighting - 6500K, 24 v, with optimal homogenious backlighting & light Throw of minimum 4 ft) with electronic controllers, having even spread and overlaps to avoid banding and dark spots and adhering to the LUX levels mentioned in the performance. specification.Cost to include all internal connections and Wiring, terminating and connecting the incoming cable laid by Airport contractor at the site. The actual structural design of the sign for its stability shall be responsibility of the EPC contactor. Secret fixing methods should be used to fix parts together. Foundation: Providing and laying foundation for the sign including its compaction and all activities like Excavation, PCC base layer, providing and fixing in position electrical connection wherever applicable and finished as per drawing. The item cost includes cutting and opening the floor finish at location, and making good the location to the match the original finish after fixing and installation of sign . Accessories: Providing and fixing all accessories such as thimbles, end connectors, nut-inserts, screws , rivets, bolts, washers, nuts, etc. complete as per drawing etc. as required as per site condition.

Washroom / Drinking Water / Baby care Refer design drawing 2.4a Providing and fixing illuminated signs including all operations from fabrication to installation all complete as per drawings, technical specifications, signage schedule and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Group C

Wiring for group controlled (looped) light point/fan point/exhaust fan point/ call bell point (without independent switch etc.) with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit, and earthing the point with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

Group C

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit as required.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of following sizes access outlet box, suitable for 25mm depth tripple compartment metal ducting, made out of high pressure die-cast zinc alloy complete with all accessories such as top cover, bare support frame, bare support studs etc. complete as required. Size: 150mm x 150mm x 60 mm-75mm.

Supply and fixing of following sizes single compartment metal ducting made out of 1.5mm thick pregalvanised sheet steel complete with all accessories such as pregalvanised sheet steel fixing clip of 1.2mm thick, support bracket of 2.3mm thick etc. complete as required. Size: 150mm x 30mm x 1.5mm.

SITC of internally illuminated LED based Mandatory / Information /Location/VOR check point Runway / Taxiway guidance age of various sizes made out of 4mm thick glare free poly carbonate sheet at front and body made out of 2.0mm thick powder coated aluminum profile having minimum width of 150mm and supported at back by 50mm dia, 3mm thickness, die cast aluminum pipe at a separation as required, and frangible coupling as required. Light source shall be high luminous, long life typical 50,000 Hrs. type, 0.5 Watts LED's assembled on aluminum PCB. The thickness of the aluminium PCB should be 2mm in order to ensure proper heat dissipation. These aluminium PCB’s should be placed not more than 160mm apart across the length of the board in order to ensure uniform distribution of light across the board. Each board having length from 800mm up to 3000mm should be illuminated by a single converter & by using single isolating transformer of suitable wattage in order to save the capital cost of multiple isolating transformers. Signage shall be suitable for operation on series circuit at variable current from 2.8Amp - 6.6Amp and will give constant brightness for all current variation. All the signage shall have letters and symbols made by computerized cutting of vinyl and pasting on the polycarbonate sheet from inside/outside of the sign face of required color as per ICAO including necessary foundation work as per site condition as per direction of Engineering In-Charge.

Checking of runway edge light intensity of each runway edge light for both runway cicuit and submit a report with proper tools as per CAR complince check from OEM or authorized persons.

Supply and laying of following size HDPE pipe at a depth of 80 mm along with 3 core 2.5 sqmm cable all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. ,complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground and PCC Surface including excavation and making good surface by suitable compound etc. as required complete as required as per site condition & direction of Engineering In-Charge. Size :25 mm (OD), PN-10, PE 100

Installation of transformer housing box / collar as per site with a 100mm thick base concrete of 1:3:6 & all round concrete of 1:2:4 of 150mm thick along with top sloped as specified i/c providing & fixing 250 mm long 15mm dia "B" class G.l Pipe with check nuts at the bottom surface for drainage of water i/c excavation, alignment & refilling as reqd & as per drawing and specifications, as per site condition as per direction of Engineering In-Charge.
