Cleaning of the chocked/blocked sewage lines of any bore through mechanically by Jet Machine or any mechanical means between manholes and removing muck sludge/silt/liquid mud etc (incl foul position) from pipes including taking down cover slab of any type, thickness and size carefully and refixing in same position after necessary cleaning and removing the cleaned sludge out side of MD land in sealed containers on same day, at a depth not exc 1.50 m depth complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No 1 here-in-before but exceeding 1.5 m and not exceeding 3 m depth.

All as per item No 1 here-in-before but exceeding 3.00 m and not exceeding 4.5 m depth.

Cleaning of the chocked/blocked manholes/septik tanks/Gully trap/Nahani Trap/Floor trap, not exceeding 1.5 m depth, mechanically by Jet Machine or any mechanical means opening the covers, removing liquid/sludge mixed liquid under any position including foul condition and cleaning the inlets and outlets etc with water, placing the cover back in position and dispoing off the same in sealed container on same day, out side of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 4 here-in-before but exceeding 1.5 m and not exceeding 3 m depth.

Material and labour for pumping out the rain/waste water, sewage waste from sewage line out side the defence area incl provision of pumping etc with diesel engine of 10 HP and one skilled operator incl necessary T&P and accessories etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition or breaking up drain pipes 150 mm internal dia of bore (salt glazed ware AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including breaking and removal of bedding and hunching complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 8 here-in-before but 200 mm internal dia of bore.

Demolition of brick work masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete such as roofs, floors, slab cover, beams, landing and similar suspended work, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including disposal of old materials out of MD land, all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for lintels and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed

M&L precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for cover slab for man holes/drain set in CM 1:6 including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed

M&L plain cement cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earth work in excavation of all kind of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manualy in foundation trenches or drains/laying of sewage pipe or similar work (not exceeding 1.5 in width or 10 Sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 including getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 sq cm and over in section in any position.

M&L for rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, vertical supports, purlins where connected to comman rafters and running rails and guided for sliding doors, frame wall ties , work for chajjas/rain gaurd, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plaste including cutting, welding etc Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of of stone slab/tiles of any position or thickness in floor, aprons, laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 50 mm thick cement concrete type D 2 ( 1:4 8 ) using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base to floor finished rough to receive finishes. complete all as specified and complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawn, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strenth, thickness & size shape mady by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory, filling the joints with sand and cutting of pver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) around the interlocking tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n/exe 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n/exe 1.5 m above the staring point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs CP floor grating 100/125 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm th (square/rrectangular) area of each tiles exe 0.06 sqm but not exe 0.11 sqm in floor etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of morter in cm (1:6) for laying floor finisheds etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement morter beddiong (but not backing ) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Note for Item No 1 to 72 : - (a) The contractor shall employ adequate numbers of tradesman/labour for timely completion of the complaint as per time frame given below :- (i) Priority-I : Complaints pertains to major water leakage, blockage of sewage upto first manhole, blockage of rain water gutter (pipe), flushing cistern will be attended on priority-I and the same will be completed within 4 to 8 hrs. (ii) Priority-II : Complaints pertains to major water leakage, blockage of sewage beyond first manhole, put manhole cover, will be attended on priority-II and the same will be completed within 24 hrs. (iii) Priority-III : Complaints pertains to renewal/replacement of sewage line/gutters will be attended on priority-III and the same will be completed within one week. (iv) Contractor or his supervisor shall collect the complaint/job card from JE concerned between 0900 hrs to 1000 hrs on all working days and deposited the same after completion of job duly signed by user/occupants on next day. (v) Summary of complaints will be prepared by the contractor and put up to Engineer-in-Charge on last date of every month. (vi) If contractor fails to attend the complaint as per time framed given in Para (i) to (iii), above, Rs 50/- per complaint per hour for ser No (i) and Rs 250/- per complaint per day for ser No (ii) & (iii) above will be recovered from the RAR/Final bill.
