Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Bidder shall pay Catalogue Management Module processing fees of 0.3% of the PO value(Min Rs.53/- & Max Rs.3000) soon after PO has been issued to bidder

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

The terms and conditions as laid down in the Bid Document will also hold good

All materials should be in good quality as per specification, quality certificate for the same should be obtainded from the concerned authority at their own cost.

Acceptence / Cancellation of the works are reserved by under signed without any reasons for the same.

Corrigendums / modifications / correction, if any, will be published in the website only

All the scanned documents pertaining to bidder to be uploaded shall be in original and same originals should be produced to the Chief Officer (at the time of Technical Bid Opening) who reserves right to verify the orginal documents before approval.

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer should give all details and documents as per Technical and Financial bid attached to this tender.

All the materials to be utilised for the work must be tested in labs and Quality control test reports must be enclosed to the bills. All type of Pipes and Pumping Machinary with accessories must be tested in M/s. SGS India LTD, CIPET & AIPS institutes. Cost of all QC test must be borne by contractor.

If any date in the tender time table is government holiday, next working date will be considered

Incomplete / conditional tenders will not be accepted

Tenderer must submit his present accurate postal address and phone / cell phone number

The tender may be cancelled at any stage without assigning any reason

Line of credit certificate at the rate of 30% cost of work issued by the nationalized bank should be furnished by the contractor compulsory

The rates of items are inclusive of cost of materials, labour charges, HOM of machinery, all lead and lifts and all other charges to complete the work successfully as per specifications and as directed by engineer in charge of work

Chief Officer Chikkodi has authority to accept or reject any tender without assigning reason

If there is any objection regarding tender, eligibility of contractors, documents, etc. the objection must be submitted before last date and time of submission of tender directly to Chief Officer Chikkodi (Not in inward). Objections submitted afterwards will not be entertained.

For interpretations of clauses, conditions, spelling mistakes, etc., decision of Chief Officer Chikkodi is final.

The bidder must submit 5 years Profit and loss account obtained from Chartered Accountant (CA) Only. Bidder must have annual contract turn over for 5 years not less than amount put to tender. the bidder must have munimum assessed availble tender capacity amount put to tender as per formula in KW document provided here with

Technical Criteria

General

Details of experience and past performance of the tenderer on equipment offered and on those of similar nature within the past three/five years2 and details of current contracts in hand and other commitments.

A detailed description of the essential technical and performance characteristics of the goods.

A list giving full particulars, including available sources and current prices, of spare parts, special tools, etc., necessary for the proper and continuing functioning of the goods for a period of two years, following commencement of the use of the goods by the Purchaser.

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 50%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work
