Repair and Maintenance of MCC shed and shifted dry waste bailing machine to mcc shed of generate yard in Colachel Municipality.

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality Burnt Clay Brick of size 9" x 4 3/8" x 2 3/4" with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 1077-1992 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer curing, etc., complete somplying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting New Plastered Wall Surface with Two finishing coats of ready mixed (Emulsion) of approved quality and colour over one coat priming coat in all floors including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting structural steel work for roofing welded or bolted type using MS channels, angles, plates and round bars etc. conforming to IS specification including primer coating and enamel painting as per Design given by the departmental officers etc, complete as per standard specification.

Painting New iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with One coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Supplying, fixing and roofing with colour galvalume sheet of 0.47mm thick with all necessary accessories such as J/V bolt and nuts of suitable length with suitable bitumen washers complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Wiring with 2x4 sqmm(56/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe concealed in wall and celing with M.S. accessories in flush with wall with 150mm x 100mm x 75mm MS switch box concealed type with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover for 15A 3 pin flush type non interlocking C.S.plug with continuous earth wire connection of 14SWG TC wire and ranking good of the concealed power plug point (SD - 40)

Supply and laying for 3-1/2 x 25 sq.mm. PVC armoured LTUG cable

Supply and fixing of 65mm dia(2-1/2") GI pipe (class B) of 6 meter length with 300mm x 300mm x 6mm MS base plate duly welded at the bottom with concreting with construction of masonary pdedstal with suitable SMC box with door arrangement to house 6A SP MCB switch, 2/4 way connector on suitable hylem sheet and supply and fixing of 60W LED street light fitting with LED (Lower end) with 1 meter 32mm dia. GI pipe (class B) Complete with suitable MS clamps for LED street light fitting and SMC box to fitting and with painting of suitable colour,
