complete repairs to 40 HP motor, 5 cusec pump along with allied mechanical works of pumping unit no I at Lift irrigation station Harapeer and replacement of damaged/ rusted delivery pipeline for pumping unit no 2 for revival of lift irrigation station after minimum 5 years along with allied works of lift irrigation station Beaspur parlah

Repairs to 40 hp motor and pump of pumping unit by way of decoupling of motor from pump and then dismantling of motor and pump from the base frame. Carriage & shifting of dismantled motor and pump of lift irrigation station, Harapeer on head load through path in fields to roadside (approx distance 2 kms) using manual labour and then to workshop by carriage vehicle. Repairs to 40 hp motor of pumping unit no I by way of completely dismantling of motor and extracting out damaged components, such as motor ends covers, bearing covers, bearings and rotor of the motor. Fabrication of motor ends covers on both sides of motor out of MS. The motor end covers should be fabricated as per the size of motor and drilling of holes corresponding to the motor body. Fabrication of bearing covers/ body as per profile of bearings and newly fabricated motor body. Providing and fitting of 6313 and 6310 number bearings on both ends of motor and greasing of the same. Repairs to rotor by filling of metal on shaft as per the inner diameter of bearings, turning, finishing and polishing of the rotor shaft. Providing and fitting of aluminum cooling fan for motor with size as per motor design. Complete rewinding of motor after extracting out old damaged winding manually and cleaning of stator slots. Rewinding of the stator by using standard copper wire of requisite gauge as per original design. Varnishing after rewinding of stator. Dismantling of 5 cusec x 15 meter head discharge split casing pump of pumping unit no I of LIS Harapeer at workshop for extraction of all worn out/damaged parts i.e. pump shaft, impeller, bearings, sleeves, bush, check nuts, nuts & bolts, gland plate, gland studs. Repairs to pump shaft by metal filling through welding and then turning to bearing size and threading at positions of check nuts. Providing and fitting of new gun metal impeller and finishing to original size as per the make of pumping unit with 5 cusec discharge and 15 meter head( the firm have to arrange drawings of impeller from OEM as the older impeller is completely damaged). Providing and fitting of 2 no’s of new bearing NU 309 on driving and non driving end of the pump, 2 no’s neck rings, 2 no’s shaft protection sleeves, 2 no’s check nuts, nuts & bolts, fabrication of 2 no’s new gland plate with providing and fitting of 2 no’s new gland studs on ends of pump as per the original material of construction in pumping unit. Repair to bearing housing on driving end of pumping unit by turning and fitting of bush to make inner diameter of bearing housing suitable for fitment of bearing. Replacement of bearing housing on non-driving end by casting and finishing of bearing housing with drilling of holes corresponding to pump body casing and center bore as per the size of outer diameter of bearing. Reassembling all parts of pump with proper greasing of bearings and providing and fitting of gasket sheet between upper and lower part of the pump. Proving and fitting of graphite packing of suitable size on both ends of pump. Providing and fitting of star type coupling pulley of pumping unit as per the size of motor and pump shaft with fabrication of key and keyway on both sides of coupling pulley. Providing of star rubber bush as per the size of coupling pulley. Complete painting of repaired and assembled motor with coat of red oxide primer and coat of enamel paint. Complete job includes cost of material, welding charges, skilled/ semi-skilled labour, transportation charges, and carriage charges of material on head load from road side to lift station and shifting of motor back to pumping station on head load. Note:- The Tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate as per site conditions. Any modifications/ alterations of the job, felt necessary if required at the time of actual execution may be /done as per actual site conditions.

Strengthening of delivery pipeline by way of removing of damaged/ rusted delivery pipeline inside the lift irrigation station and providing, fitting of 250 mm diameter pipeline 9 ft in length. The job includes fabrication of 2 number bends at different position on delivery pipe inside the pumping station with bending angle as per site conditions. Providing and welding 2 number MS plate flanges of 250 mm internal diameter at the required positions. Fastening and laying of delivery with nuts, bolts and rubber gaskets between the flanges. The job includes cost of material, welding charges, skilled/ semi-skilled labour, transportation charges and carriage charges of material on head load from road side to lift station on head load that is 1 km’s from Radha swami satsang ghar. Note:- The Tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate as per site conditions. Dimensions can vary by +- 5 percent.
