Disconnecting all existing electric supply and taking down carefully exhaust fan of any make and sweep dismantlling blades, checking for repairs required. The item will be taken down and brought to MES yard for repairs, i.e overoiling,rewinding, replacement of bush/bearing, brazing/machine work, painting and after testing at MES store yard Cost for transportation from site to MES store yard & vice versa is deemeed to be included under the quoted rate. Note: Repairs/ Replacement of spares shall be carreied under relevant items of this schedule.

Hanging/fixing only exhaust fan of any make or sweep connecting up complete with and including provision of copper conductor cord 3 core PVC insulated and sheathed from celing rose to fan connector & testing as directed and specified. ( Note: The Exhaust fan shall be fitted with new set of washers, nuts, rubber packing etc.)

M & L for Opening up of exhaust fan, motor of fan, cleaning stator,rotor, cleaning of all parts greasing oiling of bushes and bearing reassembling and testing for smooth functioning complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for removing the burnt winding and rewinding the exhaust fan with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable gauge, insulating, putting sleeves etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only bearing/bush in repairs or replacement for exhaust fan

S&F in repairs capacitor 2.5/4.0 MFD, 250 V Heavy duty.

Supply and fixing in replacement fan motor suitable for PCV exhaust fan 230/300 mm complete all as directed.

S&F louver complete for exhaust fan of size 300mm , made of iron/ aluminium (As Sample approved ) of matching colour with exhaust fan of suitable size, duly grauted bolts in the wall fixed with nuts, bolt and washers and making good the plastering by matching colour with existing colour to the disturbed surface of wall complete

Supplying and fix in repair sheet metal enclousers with socket, plug top and MCBs, single pole and neutral enclouser with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB , 240 V of capacity 20 Amps, complete all as specified and as directed.

Note applicable for BOQ item no 1 to 69 (a)contractor rep/ superviser shall be present at office of Engineer-In-Charge at 9AM every day for taking of instruction regarding repairs to be carried out on the day on priority. (b) alternative Electricians deploy in place of regular electrician has to work on sunday/holiday to attend faults/defects/complains.In case if electrician fails to rectify the faults then recovery shall be recovered from contractor s any due payment (c)The repair work on any single day may be order by Engineer-In Charge to be carry out in number of places/building in one day i.e in one buildings quantity of any of BOQ items to be carried may be one or more & number of BOQ items to be executed on any single day may also be one or more (d) Contractor shall not have any claim on account of order of one or more quantity of one or more items of BOQ that to be executed in one or more building and or area in any single day & even the same on any numbers of day during contract period (e) all above mentioned labour effect on this account is deemed to be included in quoted rates by the tenderer for all items of this tender. Note: i) Complaints/Defects will be rectified withen 8 Hrs of intimated time. if complaints unattanded / not rectified in same date, a recovery of an amount of Rs150/-/ complains/ day will be recoverd from the RAR/ FB , ii) Rates are inclusive of T&P required safety equipment, and transport required contractor shall arrange on his own arrangement, iii).Compliant given by any electronic media i.e SMS, email or whats app etc and in writting shall be count as valid compliant contractor to take immediate action within stipulated time as mention in note -1 above.
