Supply of Transcriptor High fidelity cDNA synthesis kit (200 reactions) Each Kit should include the following Specifications: Transcriptor High Fidelity Reverse Transcriptase (1 vial, 220ul in storage buffer with 200 mM potassium phosphate, 2m MDTT,0.2% Triton-X100, 50% glycerol, pH 7.2) , 5X Reaction Buffer (250mM Tris/HCl, 150 mM KCl, 40 mM MgCl2, pH 8.5, 2 vials each 1ml), Protector RNase Inhibitor (2 vials each 50ul, 40U/ul, in storage buffer: 20mM HEPES-KOH, 50mM KCl, 8mM DTT, 50% glycerol, pH 7.6) , dNTP mix (2 vials, 200ul,10mM each), PCR Grade, Anchored-oligo (dT)18Primer (2 vials, each 200ul, 50uM), Random Hexamer Primer (2 vials, each 200ul,600uM), DTT (1 vial,1ml,0.1M), Water PCR Grade(3 vials, 1ml each). Reverse Transcriptase enzyme should transcribe templates upto 14 kb at temperatures up to +55°C. Enzyme blend should have 7-fold higher fidelity compared to other commonly used reverse transcriptases.
