Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 5.5TR capacity Five star split AC along with modification/fabrication/insulation works required for mounting of the new AC unit for LCI unit at YCCPP plant, Yelahanka

The Bidder/OEM shall have proven experiences in the field of Supply and Installation of Air conditioners of capacity minimum 5TR in any one major industry/ public utility/Commercial buildings/power plant/substations. As a proof, the bidder shall upload scanned copies of work order along with work completion certificate/performance certificate in any ONE of the preceding five financial years (2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26). As a proof, the bidder shall furnish single work done certificate of value not less than Rs.3 Lakhs issued by an Officer of Competent authority. (A weightage of 10% per year is applicable to previous work/purchase orders to bring the current price level of 2026-27)

The Bidder shall be a regular manufacturer/ Authorized OEM Supplier of Air conditioners with post sale service support. As a proof, the bidder shall submit the Authorization Certificate/license of the Manufacturer

The intending bidder in his name should have in the last five years i.e., (2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26) achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs.6 lakhs. As a proof, the bidder shall submit the Profit and Loss account duly certified by the Chartered Accountant for the respective years & the same shall be uploaded along with the Technical bid. The bidder shall also submit the turnover certificate duly certified by the Chartered Accountant. (A weightage of 10% per year is applicable to previous annual turnover to bring the current price level of 2026-27)

The bidder/OEM shall have service facility/Authorized Service Centre in Karnataka or within India. As a proof the bidder shall upload Documentary evidence of any service order execution order copies or details of authorized service centre(ASC)
