Preparation of sub grade including trenching rough dressing of soil, final dressing of earth to give level and camber, watering, rolling with a road roller and compaction of bed complete in all respect.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) DSR 4.1.10

Carriage of material by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibrating compaction and of approved size and design/ shape laid in required color and pattern over and including 20-30mm thick compacted bed of sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out existing kerb stones of all types from footpath/ central verge, including removal of mortar etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

The rates also includes the cost of filling and pointing of joints between kerbs with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement 4 course sand) Complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer In Charge.
