The Tenderer Should Produce the Documents for having experience in Forestry Works as Tenderer as Piece Work Contractor.

The Tender should have his own sufficient land and water supply for raising seedlings. If not, tendered should use departmental nursery land, water facility on rental basis fixed by the department

Self-attested document that the contractor/organization is not facing any forest case / other criminal cases and has not been a defaulter in forest department /any other department during the last 10 (ten) years and will not be blacklisted and work is not left unfinished.

Tenderer has to be registered under labour act .

Tenderer should Produce documents like Aadhar Telephone (Landline) Bill / Voter ID /Driving License/ Bank Pass book / Ration Card or any other documents issued by competent government authority for residential Proof.

The Tenderer Should have minimum of Rs. 5,00,000 as bank balance and he should have Capacity to return the loan, for this he has to produce Guarantee Certificate from any of the National or Scheduled bank.

The details and copies of records of the annual turnover for the last 3 years 2022 23 2023 24 and 2024 25 must be submitted. The tenderer must have achieved a minimum total annual turnover of Rs. 100.00 lakhs during the last 3 years

The Tenderer Should Produce copy of Pan Card and last 4 Years Income Tax return filling records as per IT Act 1961

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

Forest Contractors who have Registered their names of forest contractors for the year 2025-2026 in any territorial forest division and have renewed their Registration for the year 2026-2027 can participate in this tender.

The Tenderer has to be registered under G.S.T and Produce the Certificate for having GST Number
