Taking down shutters of any description from the frames exceeding 1Sqm but not exceeding 2Sqm complete all as directed.

M&L, making good under cills or over arches, lintels and bressummers including all pinning when necessary in cement mortar 1:4 finished to match with the existing work complete all as directed.

S&F, 30mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with particle board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides and one face is covered with decorative face veneer with lipping complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, 35mm thick second class hardwood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc., (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, gauze, etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note: Sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I

S&F, uPVC section Louvered ventilator made of multi chambered, fusion welded joints with glazing beads and EPDM black gasket having isolated drainage and reinforced with galvanised iron profiles throughout the ventilator, outer frame having and overall size of 60mm x 36mm x 2.2mm/60mm x 58mm x 2.2mm with reinforcement of 1.2mm thick including 5mm thick frosted glass and stainless steel wire cloth of 0.36mm nominal dia and average width of aperture of 1.40mm complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No 19 & 20: Profiles shall be marked legibly and indelibly with Name of manufacturer. Windows and Ventilators shall be fixed to jambs with Dashthru expansion fasteners. S&F in repairs, mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc., framed guard bars and similar works conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F, standard EPDM rubber gasket for fixing of glass in partitions or doors or windows or ventilators complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, 3mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality exceeding 0.5sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F, 3mm thick figured glass, pin head type, not exceeding 0.5sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls from any height including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., including removal of rubbish material off the premises complete all as directed.

M&L, 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and ceilings applying two coats of weather proof anti algal exterior acrylic emulsion paint (100% acrylic), premium quality, over a coat of primer all as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and ceilings applying two coats of oil bound distemper, white or tinted over coat of alkali resistant primer as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing the rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

M&L, light coloured vitrified tiles in floors of size 600 x 600 x 9 to 10mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in CM 1:6 laying in floors complete all as specified and as directed complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Shade and design/pattern of tiles shall be as directed by GE.

M&L, 9 to 10mm thick light coloured vitrified tiles in skirting of size 600 x 100mm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match shade of tile over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, 750litres capacity triple layered rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including connecting up of existing inlet and outlet pipes and ball valve complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 32 above but 1000litres capacity.

S&F in repairs, 15mm bore steel water tubing, medium grade, ISI marked, galvanized, including all fittings such as bends, tees, elbows, reducers, unions, plugs, sockets etc., laid in trenches or fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 34 above but 20mm bore of pipe.

Cutting chases not exceeding 10cm girth to brick walls for concealed water tubing and making good cutting in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs, 20mm bore premium PTMT Ball valves, high pressure, with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball and fly nut complete, screwed for iron/GI pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed. Make:Prayag CAT No152 or equivalent as approved by GE

S&F in repairs, 20mm dia Gun metal, globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, ISI marked screwed both ends for iron/GI pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.
