Demolition of un-reinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding etc (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Non Skid ceramic Coloured joint free tiles 7 to 8 mm thick ( square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar with CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles colour 350x250x7mm / 450x350x7mm thick in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado and risers to steps set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over 10mm thick cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as backing for tiles complete all as specified.

M&L Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4)

M&L Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4)

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM in 1:6 finished even and fair without using etra cement.complete all as specified and directed

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) two layer ( 10 mm+5mm) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement. including mixing of water proofing compound.Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid seperately.complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in C:M 1:3 on chajja,Ceiling in patches and finishes and smooth complete all as specified and directed

Supply only Integral Water proofing compound.complete all as specified and directed

M & L preparation of New plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash over resistant priming paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L preparation of New plastered surfaces of ceilig and applying three coats of white wash over resistant priming paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint, Priming plastered and other surfaces with alkaliresistant priming paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles

Excavating over areas, upto 3.0 m deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) all as specified

Taking down of eves gutter,rain water pipes of any size or pattern including all fittings etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in walls

S&F PVC (SWR) bends ISI marked any radius of 110 mm bore with access door complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowket or frame with shutter (without taking of shutters from the frames) of wooden door, steel windows/ventilators,PVC door etc, area not exceeding 1.5 Sq mtr each

S & F powder coated (min thickness of powder coating 50 micorn) Aluminium door, partion walls,window,ventilator frame with one or more rebates and shutter incl jointing cleat for fixing etc. including making good to the disturbed surfaces and matching existing treatment (cemnt base paint/distemper/white wash/plastic paint) etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F powder coated aluminum window and ventilator shutters, fixed type without sash bars, aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/ Rm including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, ruber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc. including making good to the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3 mm figured glass, pin head type and glazing with beads fixed with m in squares n exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Sheet glass 4 mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M & L for 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM in 1:3 .complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) for laying floor finishes. complete all as specified and directed

Easing of window shutters,(of any type or description), kitchen cupboard shutters, show case shutter of area n exc 1.00 Sqm each incl fixing of screws adjusting handles, knobs tightening piano hinges incl misc small adjustments complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Welding in repairs n. exc 2.5cm in length , on metal of thickness n exc 6 mm , for fixing of door hing, door spring , welding in iron doors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L Toughned glass as in hinged doors, partitions, automatic doors and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes required

M&L for Solid PVC Wall Lining(wall Panneling) consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site including PVC frame as per specifications and drawing

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads

Demolition of reinforcement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for
