6.6 Earth work in excavation in foundations, trenches, etc. in all kinds of soils, not exceeding 2 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches stacking the excavated soil, clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonary, in 15 cm layers with compaction, including disposal of all surplus soil, as directed within a lead of 30 metres.

10.40 Cement concrete 1:3:6 with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size foundation and plinth.

10.26 Cement Concrete Cement concrete 1:8:16 with brick ballast 40 mm nominal size in foundation and plinth.

31.22(iv) Earthing with tinned copper earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 3 mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosures with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. ( but without charcoal or coke and salt ) complete as required.

ALTERNTOR 125 KVA, 3 Phase, 415 Volts, 50 C/S 0.8 Power factor, 1500 RPM Self excited, self regulated, screen protected alternator brush less manufactured as per I.S 4722 and or the latest I.S specification with all standard accessories as supplied by manufacturer. Make: Crompton / Stamford / Jyoti / NGEF/ Kirloskar ARRANGEMENT Engine and alternator, as above should be fixed on suitable base frame of sturdy design made of channels with necessary reinforcement to take the load of engine and alternator and provided with 8 Nos. dunlop make antivibrating pads. * 1 No. Amp. meter D.C. 30 Volts. * 3 Nos. CTS of specified ratio and 15 VA burden of A.E. make. * 1 No. Signal Lamp indicating "Load on D.G. Set" * 1 No. signal Lamp indicating Load on mains' * Over speed relay to trip the Generator on speed higher than the specified speed. * 1 No. low fuel indicator L.E.D. type. * 1 No. signal lamp ( Set fails to start ). * 1 No. audio visual alarm and annunciation for engine safety & to indicate abnormalities in the stand by system like low fuel level, high oil temperature, high water temperature. * Earthing with copper bus bar of Suitable rating duly tinned through out the length of panel at its bottom. BATTERY AND LEADS * 2 Nos. SMF / Exide / Amron make 12 Volts 25 Plate 180 AH capacity battery, with acid level indicating floater, battery stand, call and lead to take off connection. * Suitable size of armourd cable for (D.G. Set 125 KVA) of length required for the connection and suitable cable glands for making connection from alternator to control panel. The control panel will be complete with internal wiring, necessary fuses, cable and other accessories and cost external control wiring. SOUND PROOF ENCLOSURE ( CANOPY ) * The canopy of generator shall be sound proof ( Accoustic ) enclosure suitable for 125 KVA diesel generating set complete in all respect having following specification / features :- Fabricated as per standard specification of manufactures Stuffing done with Rock wool of 96 KG / CUM density and 100 mm thickness. Rock wool supported with Tissue paper and perforated sheets of 1.6 mm thickness having 0.5 mm holes. Residential type silencer provided to lower the noise of exhaust outlet, noise level 1.00 Mtr. 73.5 db. Canopy treated for anti rust with duco paint with primer and colour compound. Fresh air inflor and proper ventilation. Modular in construction and provided with lockable doors. The generating set with AMF panel and sound proof canopy shall be complete in all respect.
