Earthwork in all kinds of soil excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cable etc. (not exceeding 1.5 in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5 Mtr including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 Mtr from cutting edge, disposed earth is to be levelled and neatly dressed.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering, all works upto plinth level 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone) aggregate 40mm nominal size crushed.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level.

Providing and laying in position 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All work up to plinth level using crushed aggregate.

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete TMT bars.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :-

Foundations, footings, bases of columns.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls upto 20cm wide.

Providing and laying 50mm thick cement concrete flooring in 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size crusher aggregate).

Carriage of material by Mechanical Transport including loading / unloading and stacking at site complete.

Stone aggregate below 40mm size for an avg. lead of 15 Kms.

Sand for an avg. lead of 15 Kms.
