SCHEDULE "A" PART - VII (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS)

Cutting the existing road for passing cable (45 cm width and 75 cm depth) and making good the disturbed surface by using 15 mm thick, PCC (1:2:4) , Type B1 (using 20 mm graded aggregates) as in mass concrete and painting with black paint , if necessary, to match with existing bituminous road colour complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge .

Supply and lay pipe ductile Iron , S/S including specials, Class “K-9” ,100 mm (4”) dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay pipe ductile Iron , S/S including specials, Class “K-9” ,150 mm (6”) dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay pipe ductile Iron , S/S including specials, Class “K-9” ,200 mm (8”) dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix DI fittings such as socket bends,concetric taper,Tee,collar,caps,spigots etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge .

Supply and fix GI Flange having holes (ISI marked) suitable fo 63 mm bore pipe including joinery material such as rubber gasket,bolt units,wahers etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge .

Material and labour for construction of Valve chamber of internal size 600x600x 600mm comprising of 50mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) foundation, 230mm thk brick walls in CM 1:4, 15mm thk plastering in CM 1:4 internally and externally upto 150mm below GL, 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) coping, 3mm thick MS sheet cover with suitable hinges and locking arrangement, painting steel surfaces with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Pressure gauge 100 mm dia with ball valve of pressure 25 Kg/Sqcm complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix Foot Valve conforming to IS 4038, 150 mm (6”) dia complete all as specified and as directed

Taking up or down steel tubing of 80/100 mm dia and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal and taken in schedule of credit

Refixing old DI/steel tubing 80/100 mm dia and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc

Cutting existing DI/steel tubing 80/100 mm dia for alterations or additions (Each cut measured) complete all as specified and as directed

Screwing existing DI/steel tubing 80/100 mm dia for alterations or additions (or lengthening screw on pipe to form connector complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm×60cm× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to 32x6mm GI strip as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of copper all as shown in electrical plate No.3 connected to earthing test point,including 20 mm GI pipe (Medium grade) for watering and 40 mm GI pipe (Medium grade) for protection of earth strip and etc.. including testing on completion ,PCC chambers in PCC1:3:6 type C1, RCC M25 type cover slab 50mm thick with 8mm dia TMT HCR/CRS steel bars at 140mm C/C both way and lifting handle GI funnel & wiremesh ,funnel,lugs and charcoal,salt etc all as applicable including taking down old unserviceable earthing complete for taking into credit all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge Note:-(i) The rates quoted is inclusive of 32x6mm GI strip earth conductor upto a length of 7.5m from the earth pit.

Material and labour for Point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (concealed) unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated cable 1100 volts grade single core FRLS drawn with PVC conduit of 19/20 mm dia,orasper is concealed FRLS wiring, along with 1.5 sqmm unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable PVC insulated 1100 volts grade as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly fixed to wall/ ceiling roof excluding Modular Metal flsh box and white cover palate with frame the switches, sockets, fan regulator etc as required suitable for Modular type fitting /fixture trll as specified and directed for :-

(a) One light point controlled by one switch.

(b) One fan /Exhaust fan point controlled by one regulator / switch.

(c) One 3 pin socket outlet 5 amps socket on same board

(d) One 3 pin socket outlet 5 amps socket on independent board

All as per item no.31 here-in-before but with 2.5 sqmm cable for one 3 pin socket outlet 15 amps on independent board with 2.5 sqmm cable as earthing conductor complete all as specified and dirtected.

Supply and fixing Modular White cover plate with frame, 12 Module complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fixing Modular Metal flush box, 12 module complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fixing LED lights fitting 1x 20W, 220V,AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fixing LED lights fitting 1x 10W, 220V,AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete. including GI braket complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Ceiling fan sweep 1200 mm BLDC Motor 3 Blade, BEE Rating 5 Star, complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fix Exhaust fan 300 mm 4 Blade, Metal body, Rust proof body and blades, double ball bearing with noiseless operation, 1400 RPM complete with louvers including making suitable opening at suitable height, and provision of nuts and bolts on the wall for fixing the exhaust fan complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600X600X6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to GI wire 4mm at two points by means of bolts and nut, check nut and washers including charcoal dust, common salt, necessary excavation in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance up to 50metres, PCC pit in 1:3:6 type CI (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate ) 50mm thick pit cover, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 75mm c/c, both ways MS handle 12mm dia, GI funnel, wire mesh and GI watering pipe of 20mm bore GI (light grade) and earth lead protection pipe 20mm bore (light grade) all as specified, directed and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including testing complete. Note : GI strip and protection pipes 20 mm GI light grade up to 7.5 metre is included in unit rate and beyond that the same will be measured separately.
