Day to day mntc civil works at GM Office Nalgonda

Amount

1) Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with nuts and screws etc. complete :

2) Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete :

3) Providing and fixing aluminium handles ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete :

4) Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

a) Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm).

5) Removing glass panes from windows and replacing them with new glass panes with putty and nails wherever necessary : float glass panes of thickness 4mm

a) For windows in ground floor and /or for windows which can be accessed from inside of the room / bolcony with a ladder.

b) for windows in upper floors (other than ground floor) up to 8 floors, fixing of glass panes with Jhoola arrangement.

6) Cleaning of existing over head tank/ underground water storage tank by mechanical method of specified TANKCLEAN process in stages:

(1) Empty the tank/ sump and make it to near dry, (2) wash the tank internal surfaces and top of the tank with fresh water and clean/ rinse the inside surfaces of side walls, ceiling and floor surfaces perfectly by removing all scalling, fungus etc., with rotary jet mechanism, (3) Removing/ cleaning mud, silt, waste, sludge and garbage from the tankwith sludge pump/ vaccum cleaner and disposing outside the building, (4) After drying applt UV radiation with specified equipment in the tank for 15 minutes to kill the harmfull bacteria etc., complete all as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

(The rate includes filling of outlets of tank with cotton during cleaning marking of date of painting on the tanks and cleaning of all the dirt/ waste etc., from the terrace and submission of certificate from specialised agency).

7) Repairing of existing MS windows at all floor levels including arranging welding machine at site and providing necessary pieces of MS sections, providing friction hinges, providing window locking arrangements and making window operatable complete as directed. (Cost includes all incidental materials required, all operations mentioned etc)

8) Cleaning of canopy/ chajjas by removing leaves grass dust, rubbish and other deposited / accumulated materials etc including removal of blockages/ chockages of khurras/ spouts of terrace/chajjas etc by disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground out side periphery of the building.

a) Blocked chajas, in accessible canopy & like upto First floor level .

b) Blocked chajas, inaccessible canopy & like Above first floor level .

9) Charges for Cleaning of terrace slab, rain water entry spouts, khurras/ depressions/ sunk slabs and surrounding areas etc., by removing leaves, silt, grass, dust, rubbish, small plants and other deposited / accumulated materials from terrace etc., for smooth flow of water including disposal of waste etc., complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (entire Terrace of one building shall be measured as one unit for payment).

10) Uprooting & removal of vegetation at walls/ roofs/ chajjas and floors/ drainage systems/ water supplying stream of the building/over head tanks or at all levels, any location and applying any special chemical to defective area to prevent vegetation growth and finishing the same with cement concrete/ mortar to match the surface of walls/ floors/ roofs., etc complete as per the directions of engineer-in-charge (cement concrete/ mortar to be paid in separate item.) (Uprooting of vegetation in each location will be measured as one job)

a) Up to floor two level

b) Above floor two level

11) Providing and filling cement motar sanded grout mixed with Fosrock liquid water proofing compound in required quantity for grouting/ filling around the gaps of IWC, floor traps sides and inside traps including finishing the sides neately and grouting in holes at door bottoms etc., complete in the toilet rooms to fill the holes terrazo/ ceramic flooring tiles, around the W.C.pans, corners of rooms, floor trap openings after neatly cleaning/ scratching the joints etc., in all floors complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. (No. of quarters shall be measured for payment)

12) Removing the broken pipe/ coupling from the water line, cutting to required size, replacing with suitable uPVC pipe / uPVC coupling with the help of solution and refixing the pipe in original position on emergency basis (breakdown operartion) complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

13) Charges for making available the welding plant at site including to and from the shoap, providing necessary power supply arrangements, lugs etc., complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

14) Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type W.C. pan) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever), conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings andfixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required :

a) W.C. pan with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid

15) Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm PTMT pillar cock, 32 mm PTMT waste coupling of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required. White Vitreous China Flat back wash basin size 550x400 mm with single 15 mm PTMT pillar cock.

16) Providing and fixing white vitreous china water closet squatting pan (Indian type) :

a) Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440 mm

17) Providing and fixing mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) and of required shape and size with plastic moulded frame of approved make and shade with 6 mm thick hard board backing :

a) Rectangular shape 453x357 mm

18) Providing and fixing trap of self cleansing design with screwed down or hinged grating with or without vent arm complete, including cost of cutting and making good the walls and floors :

a) 100 mm inlet and 75 mm outlet

i) Sand Cast Iron S&S as per IS- 1729.

19) Providing and fixing PVC health faucet with 1.5m long PVC hose of approved brand and manufacture and of approved shade - 15mm

20) Providing and fixing PVC Two in One Bib-Cock of approved brand and manufacture and of approved shade - 15mm

21) Removing the damaged sanitary and water supply fittings and replacing them with new fittings including necessary white lead/ lead wool etc complete as directed by the Engineer - in - charge.

a) P.V.C. low level flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete - 10 litre capacity - White

b) Solid plastic seat with lid for pedestal type W.C. pan complete : White solid plastic seat with lid.

22) Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. : Internal work - Exposed on wall

23) Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge : External work

a) 40 mm nominal outer dia. Pipes.

24) Making connection of G.I. distribution branch with G.I. main of following sizes by providing and fixing tee, including cutting and threading the pipe etc. complete :

a) 25 to 40 mm nominal bore

25) Providing and fixing PVC/ G.I. Union in PVC/ G.I. pipe including cutting and threading the pipe and making long screws etc. complete (New work)

a) 20 mm nominal bore

b) 25 mm nominal bore

26) Cleaning of nahni traps/floor traps at all levels for removal of blockages including removing the silt, slush, waste etc ensuring smooth flow etc and applying white cement in tile joints of bath/WC including water proofing compounds (Like forsroc) etc wherever required to arrest leakages etc.

27) Cleaning of the choked Gully trap Chambers and sewer line upto next manhole from the water entry outlet point in drainage system using rodding,wire/cables etc., to remove all the waste, debris etc., including disposal etc., as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge

28) Providing clog cleaning of entire drainage system in the compound consisting of man holes, sewer lines, gulley traps etc., including remving the sludge, silt / waste etc from the manholes and disposing the waste out side the compound complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Rate per cleaning system will be measured as One Job)

29) Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

a) With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

30) Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :

a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

31) 12 mm cement plaster of mix :

a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

32) 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :

a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

33) Providing and fixing 37 mm thick factory made PVC door shutter, styles and rails made of PVC hollow section of size 100 mm x 37 mm with wall thickness 2 mm (± 0.2 mm), with inbuilt bead on one side, styles and rails mitered cut and joint at the corners by means of 2 nos of plastic brackets of size 75 mm x 220 mm at each corner and stainless steel screws, reinforcing the hinge side of style by inserting PVC profile of size 28 mm x 30 mm, with wall thickness 2 mm ( ± 0.2 mm). Lockrail of size 100 mm x 37 mm, wall thickness 2 mm (+ 0.2 mm) will be fixed to the vertical styles. Providing with PVC snapfit beads and panel of size 100 mm x 20 mm, and inserting 2 nos tie bar of 6 mm dia and fastening with nuts and washers complete, all as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

34) Providing and Fixing factory made PVC door frame made of PVC extruded sections of size 75 mm x 53 mm, having wall thickness 2.0 mm (± 0.2 mm). Both verticalssides of the frame reinforced with PVC profile of cross section size 28 mm x 30 mm x 2 mm thickness (± 0.2 mm) and 75 mm x 200 mm long, including reinforcing both ends of the top frame with PVC profile. PVC Door Frame and PVC reinforcement profile to be mitred cut, jointed and fusion welded together, including providing and fixing 3 nos of 125 mm long stainless steel hinges to frame, fixing the frame with jamb with required nos & sizes of anchor dash fastener, all complete as per manufacturer's specification and direction of engineer-in- charge.
