APPLICATION OF EPU FLOORING (a) M&L for preparation including complete removal of existing epoxy flooring of any description on concrete slab with wire/coir burshes, mechanical/chemical cleaning of surface and treating surface in sound clean and free from dirt, oil, grease and other material and with vacuum /compressed air cleaning etc. making the concrete surface smooth and even using grinding or other mechanical means such that matching the top surface level of concrete slab with adjacent slabs free from loose particles and dirt, removing useless and worthless all loose and foreign materials etc to a distance exceeding 5km etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(b) Providing and applying one coat of prime coat, a solvent free, moisture insensitive, non pigmented two component liquid epoxy resin primer with a special hardener all as per specification, manufacturer instruction and complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (c) Providing and applying epoxy formulated resin based screed flooring system to achieve smooth and even surfaces. The mix is applied in single application at 3mm thickness and applying one coat of primer mixing with Epoxy Chemical at the rate 1kg per 20 ltr over the Epoxy formulated resin based screed flooring properly rubbed, grinded and cutting/polishing to be carried out using zero Number granite cutting stone, complete all as per specification, manufacturer instruction and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(d) Providing and applying a self levelling seamless, Epoxy PU floor system. The system consists of graded aggregates bound in a pigmented epoxy & polyurethane resin binder. The system is applied in a single application at an average thickness of 2mm with approved colour shade complete all as per specification, manufacturer instruction and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make for item No. 1 (b), (c), (d)- Choksey chemicals/ Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / Pidilite Industries Ltd/ M/s AMEYA Dye Chem Pvt Ltd (ADPL) / M/s Cipy Polyurethane Pvt Ltd /AI Stone / BASS / STP Ltd, Bostik's Product name (PrimeCoat,Ultralevel EUL 2000,Ultralevel EPUSL 2000).

M&L for painting for lines, dashes, arrow etc on finished epoxy floors with Epoxy marking paint of approved colour shade complete all as specified as per manufacturer instruction and as directed by Eng-in-charge. MAKE: Dr Fixit / Bostik / Chokesy Chemical / STP LTD

M&L for repairing to concrete slab surface (depressed portion/cracked portion) by cutting damaged/spilled portion and concrete pavement by mechanical equipment into rectangular crossed section, removing useless and worthless all loose and foreign materials etc to a distance exceeding 5km, cleaning the surface thoroughly with brushes and finally with compressed air, including filling and levelling the surface, priming the patches with special primer recommended by manufacturer and filling with modified ready mix ELASTOMERIC concrete not exceeding 50mm depth, including form work where required all as per manufacture's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note : Complete quantity of material required shall be supplied in advance within 15 days of commencement of work. MAKE: Dr Fixit / Bostik / Chokesy Chemical / STP LTD (Product Name "Flex O Patch") or equivalent.

Raking out existing sealing compound from expansion, contraction & dummy joints of width exceeding 30mm but not exceeding 40mm in concrete and upto 45mm deep by mechanical means operated with electric, preparing and cleaning of sides, bottom and edges of adjoining slabs with solvent soaked cloth to remove sticked old sealing compound completely, cleaning the surface of the joints with wire brushes and finally removing and cleaning dust etc with compressed air to make it free from all foreign particles, filling with Polyurethane joint sealing compound using mechnical means to a minimum depth exceeding 10mm but not exceeding 12mm (depth minimum above the backup rod) with minimum performance gurantee of 10 years and minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) + 30% consiting to the requirement of BS-5212 and EN 141875-2003 of hydrolysis/water resistance including one coat of primer and providing approved quality closed cell polythene back up rod/back up sheet of required size & shape over existing bituminious joint filler board in position applying masking tape on edges to prevent accident all slippage on solvent on top surface and to give a neat finish to sealent and removing the masking tape after sealent is applied as required complete all as per manufracture instruction including removal of loose & foreign materials outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note -(i) Where ever depth of joints exceeds 45mm, the additional depth shall be filled with preforated bituminous filler board without any extra cost. (ii) Complete quantity of material required shall be supplied in advance within 15 days of commencement of work. Make for back up road:- STP Ltd/supreme India Ltd.

Dismantling boarding any description fixed in any position with nails complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing Gypsum board 10mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacture's instructions and S&F for powder coated aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling size of grid 605mm x 605 mm with 6mm dia GI adjusting rod upto 600mm length fixed to purlin/rafters by means of ceiling cleats/ fastners with GI flat 40mm x 3mm size 60mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete pavement surface in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and proper disposing off debris complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pavement quality concrete(PQC) of minimum 28 days field Flexural strength of 45Kg/ Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15-2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong, dense. non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone o rgravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 360 kg/cum of cement with non-circular. virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18 mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240°C and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer. PQC laid, spread and compacted, complete all as specified and directed. Required surface texturing to be done as specified in Clause 10.1.14 and Table 9 of IRC: 15-2017 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of construction joints 25 mm deep and 10 mm wide by early entry saw cut using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and other debris Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 12 mm dia, application of bond breaker tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joint and filled with polyurethcane based sealant complying with BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN- 141875- 2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of +I- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee, applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying dry fine graded sand spread levelled as per design complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying 400 micron thick HDPE sheet (virgin quality) waterproof wrinkle free without puncture havng minimum weight 390gm/sqm over sand cushion as specified in the design with ovelap between adjacent strips and at transverse as min 300mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Contract Amount shall be derived after affecting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 17 of tender documents.
