100mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring, finished even and fair to receive floor finishes, complete all as specified & directed.

Precast cement concrete coloured glazed interlocking tiles 60mm thick conforming to IS-15658, any shade, colour and pattern laid over and including 20 to 30mm thick stone dust / sand cushioning laid dry to the profile including vibrating with surface vibrator after laying of tiles including budding and filleting joints etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note for Serial Item No 10.01 & 10.02 : These two Items are to be executed around the Single Washing Ramp (Serial Item No '05' of Shedule A Part-I) all as directed at site.

LED Tube light Fitting 18 Watts, 230 Volts,box type with LED tube rod including LED Driver, connector block etc complete with all accessories, pre-wired complete all as specified and directed.

Flood light Fitting LED type 30 Watt with pressure die casted aluminium housing with flat glass optical cover with lens to ensure uniform distribution, IP 65 protection including LED Driver and housing of same make as of fitting as per BIS standards including connecting terminals, mounting clamp, mounting bracket if required and all other accessories reqd for fixing and making fitting operational complete all as specified and as directed.

Construction of Brick Masonary Valve Pit of size 60 cm x 60cm x 60cm (internal dimension) with 100mm thick concrete in foundation PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in floor finished even and fair without using extra cement, 23 cm thick brick work in cement mortar 1:4, 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 and flush pointing in same mortar to brick work externally, 3 mm thick mild steel sheet pit cover having provision of lifting handle and pit cover frame of angle iron 40 x 40 x 6 mm and painting to steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to steel surface and excavation in soft/loose soil, returning filling and removal of surplus soil upto 50m distance complete all as specified and as directed.

Street Light Fitting LED type 70 Watt or higher side with pressure die casted aluminium housing IP 66 and IK 07 protection including surge protection 5 kA, LED Driver and housing as per BIS standards including connecting terminals, mounting clamp, mounting bracket of suitable size and connecting electrically using 3 core 1.5 sqmm flexible cable in and including metallic conduit from light fitting upto Junction box and all other accessories as reqd for fixing and making fitting operational on tubular pole complete as directed.

Junction box outdoor type of size not less than 0.009 cum made of steel sheet 1.6 mm thick painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer having aluminium bus bar 2 Nos of capacity 100 amps mounted on porcelain/PVC insulator suitable for connection of minimum 2 nos LT cables of size 25/35 sqmm 3.5 core including clamps, nuts and bolts etc, for and including 1 No MCB SP 6 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commisioning of LT electric Panel Board totally enclosed (Factory Fabricated from CPRI approved manufacturer), outdoor type double door type powder coated inside and outside made out of CRCA sheet not less than 3 mm thick with front opening having locking arrangement spray painting internally/externally, including internal wiring with suitable size of copper strip bus bar chamber 3 phase and four wire type system 415 volts 50 Hz consisting of copper bus bar of capacity 100 Amps and consisting of and including the following :-
