Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) un reinforced complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick and size each piece of kota stone should not be less than 550mmx550mm laid over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and granite finish polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick as in skirting etc over and including 10mm screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 cement & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing & polishing to achive better finish complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for Vitrified ceramic tiles dark shed double charged 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed 20 mm thick 1:6 CM complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured, designer wall tiles, of wooden finish in vertical surface 600 mmX 1200mm X 10mm thick as approved set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match laid over 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 including taking down of cement plaster complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for chipping of spalled and loose concrete and cleaning rust from reinforcement by sand blasting scrubing down concrete surface with wire brushes ceaning with water allowed to dry and applying a layer of Zinc rich epoxy primer as anti-rust on all exposed reinfocement followed by a layer of bonding coat of approved epoxy adhesive on complete exposed surfaces of concrete to be gunited all as specified and applying two layers of of guniting over steel welded mesh 2mm dia of wire and aperature 75mm total thickness of gunite n exc 25mm thick (average thickness) with cement mortar 1:2 using OPC 53 Grade cement mixed with poly concrete admixture @ 2 % by weight of cement or as per manufacturers instruction and finally applying cement plaster over gunite surface of required thickness to give even uniform and smooth finish confirming to proper gerometrics in cement mortar(1:3) to match with existing surface as in sides and soffits etc of slab, chajjas. fins, facias, parapet, coloumns and beames etc complete including necessary scaffolding,shuttering,necessary chases to brick work or RCC members at any height up to tripal storey bldgs all as specified. Note: (i) steel welded mesh is to be tighttening / welding with the existing reiforcement. (ii) the cost of welded mesh is to be included in the unit rate quoted. M/L 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces of wall/chajja, facia etc. of any height finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding arrangement complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 as in ceiling, of any height, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg per sqm of inside parapet up to roof junction, roof etc. including cleanig of surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for medium grade GI pipe 100 mm bore with all fittings and fixed to walls/pillars complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MS flat iron, bands, straps, supports or stays including bolts, if required: for securing MS wire netting, hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glasses (any thickness) size quality or description from wooden/steel frame all as specified and directed.

M & L 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality in square not exceeding 0.5 sqm each and glazing with oil putty to steel windows complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new wooden surface and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surface and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a caot of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.
