R.C.C 1:1.5:3 using 12 to 20mm ( M 20) (machine crushed) metal for foundation with formwork including cost of all materials, lead, lifts. etc. complete.

RCC 1:1.5:3 mix concrete using 12 to 20mm mechine crushed HBS metals for pre cast slab for bubble wall septic tank cover slab including cost of all materials lead lifts labours with form work etc complete

Plastering with CM 1:3 mix using 12mm thick in the existing ceiling including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc, complete.

Water proof material mixed with cement and water in the existing ceiling including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc, complete.

Wiring with 2x1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable 1100 v grade in suitable PVC rigd pipe on wall and ceiling with reputed make switch boxes earthwire connection in 14 SWG TC wire for light point / Fan point including cost of wire.

Supplying and fixing in position of UPVC door as per standard specification with approved section with hydraulic floor spring, automatic door closer etc, including cost of all materials lead lifts labour etc complete. Single leaf door 1.00 x 2.10 m

Supply and fixing of 4'x40 W LED Twin type Mirror optic suspension type fitting (Philips /Crompton / Wipro) complete with louvers cover complete with copper chokes and condensor with conduit pipe suspension, with PVC unsheathed copper leads from the terminals

Wiring with 2x1.50 sq.mm Pvc unsheathed cu multistand cable in suitable pvc rigid pipe in wall or ceiling with pvc accessories 5amps 3&2 pin flush type non interlocking c.s. plug including pin top with painting of suitable colour with contineous earthwire connection of 14 swg t.c. wire for plug point.

Wiring with 2 x 4 sq.mm. (56 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3mm thick hylem sheet for 15A 3 pin non inter locking wall socket with 15A flush type switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed power plug point
