Maintenance and Cleaning work of Community Centre Surya Nagar, Alwar (Annual Contract 2023-24)

Maintance of lawn and plants by cleaning, proper irrigation/watering, uprooting weeds from lawn plots including disposal of uprooted vegetation. Mowing with power machines , preparation of Thavala Hoeing weeding, trimming, prunning, cutting and supply and spreading of required manure etc. as per direction and satisfaction of engineer incharge. Complete work shall be treated as one job for onecommunity center (If partial/full area of lawn shall be renovated during the work as per item no 4 this shall be also maintaned after the grass forms a thick layer, under this item.) (Work is proposed for Surya Nagar community centers=01 No)

Sweeping & cleaning work of community center building including cleaning of toilet, rooms, hall, kitchen, roof top, periphery area of community center etc (other than lawn area) as per direction and satisfaction of engineer incharge. Complete work shall be treated as one job for one community center.(Work is proposed for Surya Nagar community center=01 No)

Sweeping & cleaning work of community center ( out side ) like paved area (developed for parking) and drain adjoining to park including the disposal of rubbish/garbage as per direction and satisfaction of engineer incharge. Complete work shall be treated as one job for one unit. (Work is proposed for Surya Nagar community center=01 No)

Renovating lawns including weeding cheeling the grass forking the ground top dressing with manure and laying of new lawn if required .Mixing the same with forked soil watering maintaing the lawn till grass forms a thick lawns free from weeds & fit for mowing & disposal of rubbish as per direction and satisfaction of engineer incharge.

Planting of shrubs/hedge/climbers/seasonal flowering plants etc and maintanace of these plants as per direction and satisfaction of engineer incharge.

Supply & Stacking good earth at site complete including loading unloading & transporation with all lead.
