2.5cm thick grading concrete of proportion (1:2:2) over roof slab using 12mm to 6mm size cb chips of approved quality including cost, conveyance, taxes & royalty of all materials and labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect.

Wall painting two coat with Plastic Emulsion paint of approved shade on old/new work of approved make to give an even shade after scrapping old paint with scrapper, washing with soda water primming with approved wall primer etc including cost of all materials, labour with T&P etc. complete in all floors as per the direction of E-I-C.

Providing weather coat two coats to outside wall surface with approved shade including cost, conveyance, taxes, cess and royaltieis of all materials with cost of indigo, blue with labour and T&P etc., required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 12 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar of mix (1:6) with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of walls in all heights after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials with cost of all labour,labour cess, T&P, and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge. Providing 16 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar of mix (1:6) with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of walls in all heights after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials with cost of all labour,labour cess, T&P, and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

20mm thick cement plaster (1:4) finished smooth to brick or stone masonry after racking out joints, including watering, curing, cost, conveyance, taxes, royalties & labour with T&P etc. complete. G.F

6mm thick cement plaster in cm (1:4) finished smooth to RCC surface including watering, curing, cost, conveyance, taxes, royalties, labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect.

Fixing of Vetrified tiles Plain/ivory in floors, Trades of steps & Landing with with cement morter(1:4) with pigments to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing & polishing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, taxes & royalties of all materials, labour with T&P complete in all respect.

Fixing of Vetrified tile in Dado with with cement morter(1:3) with pigments to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing & polishing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, taxes & royalties of all materials, labour with T&P complete in all respect.

Fixing of industrial vitrified tiles in floors, Trades of steps & Landing with with cement morter(1:1) with pigments to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing & polishing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, taxes & royalties of all materials, labour with T&P complete in all respect.

Supplied and fitting and fixing of Unplasticised Polyvinyl Chloride (UPVC) (FENESTA,/NCL VIKA LTD). Two track-two panel sliding window -60- Series duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles of 108 mm x 45mm x 2.5 mm for outer frames and window sash of 39 mon x 58 mm x 2.5 mm capable of muntingg single glazing system, structurally reinforcd with Thet dip galvanised upto 50 mocrons of minimum thickness of 1.50 mm prefabricated & welded including cost, conveyance all of all materials and labour with T&P etc. complete.

Supplied and fitting and fixing of Unplasticised Polyvinyl Chloride (UPVC) DOOR (FENESTA,/NCL VIKA LTD). duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles of outer frames and Door sash of capable of muntingg single glazing system, structurally reinforcd with Thet dip galvanised upto 50 mocrons of minimum thickness of 1.50 mm prefabricated & welded including cost, conveyance all of all materials and labour with T&P etc. complete.

Supplying fitting & fixing 32mm thick flush door both sides skin moulded alkyd backer at the back and the size of out frame being of 33x57mm. Accessories / gaskets are to be used as per the manufacturers supply and specification like handle, lock and floor spring of approved quality including locking arrangement including all fitting, cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. complete.

Enamel Painting two coats with any approved paint to old wood/iron works including cost of paint, sand papering, polishing the surface including cost, conveyance, taxes, cess and royaltieis of all materials with cost of indigo, blue with labour and T&P etc., required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Finishing wall surface with Acrylic wall puttyof approved make & finished smooth & even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials, taxes, labour with T&P etc. complete in all floors.

Providing & fixing Plain Gypsum board ceiling suspended from roof by adjustable G.I. ceiling angle with spread at a distance not more than 600mm fixed to roof by Rowl Plug & stiff cleat, Gupsum board 12.5mm thick held by G.I. perimeter channel MF-3 & intermediate channel MF-7, framing, boarding, jointing & finishing with special type of gypsum compound etc. including cost , conveyance & taxes of all materials, labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the E-I-C. GF

Providing fixing and fitting of Cornice for Gypsum borad ceiling 4'' wide of approved quality and approved make confirming to I S with necessary bends etc.complete fixed to wall with Screw etc asper the direction of Engineer in charge including cost of all material with taxes labour T&P etc complete. GF

FIRST FLOOR

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 508 complete in all respects.
