The output GST paid by the bidder shall be reimbursed by CHENNAI METRO RAIL LIMITED on production of the documentry evidence

Providing, supply, Fixing of Galvanised Iron 120 GSM Wind Ties including screws. Per Wind Tie Length Should be minimum 2.5 m length. Rate inclusive of Cutting, Drilling, handling, transportation, and labour charges. Rate also inclusive of Anti-Corrosive Screws 55mm.And also of all labour and machineries.(Per Piece avg.2.5m in length)

Providing, supply, Fixing of Anti-Corrosive Screws (Corroshield Screws) (55 mm) over the Existing canopy at various station. At an average of 3 Screws per Sq.m. The Rate is Inclusive of all labour and machineries.

Dismantling existing Galvalume roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc.,and stacking the material from roof top to ground level.

Providing, supply, Fixing of Roof sheet in the place of damaged roof sheets. Inclusive of Anti-Corrosive Screws 55mm, And also of all labour and machineries.Roof Sheet make should be match with already fixed roof sheets. (Like LYSAGHT CP - 302 Roofing Panel trapezoidal ribbed roofing profile or else similar brand)

Providing and Supplying of 2mm thick polycarbonateProfile Clear white sheet for roofing both side UV coated (Manufacturer G.E. Plastics /Lexan/ Sabic or equivalent as approved ) which blocks near-Infrared light but allows in high levels of visible light on the existing shaped Roof Profile structure .The sheets shall offer high light transmission for long term weather resistance and high impact strength (to be fixed and installed as per manufacturer installation )

Application of Weather Silicone Sealant of approved make where ever required to make water tight including all leads and lifts for transportation of all required men, materials, machineries, tools, plants etc. to top of roof from ground & to ground from top the roof and making the area neat, clean and good etc.,. The rate shall be inclusive of transportation and cost of machineries to access the height like boom lift/scissor lift, tools & accessories etc.

Dismantling Existing Roof Gutter overhangs at all Stations ,and stacking the material from top of the platform to Ground level.The rate shall be inclusive of transportation and cost of machineries to access the height like boom lift/scissor lift, tools & accessories etc.

Providing and fixing 2mm thick Galvanised Iron gutter at Roof/columns for collecting water with necessary suspenders/ supports A) Approximately the size of Gutter is Width 0.40m & Depth 0.16m,total Width is not exceding 0.85m

Providing and fixing of of Aluminium Wind Clamps made from aluminum alloy match with existing Roof Sheet profile, at every purlin location along with necessary fixing accessories in top roof sheet including all leads and lifts for transportation of all required men, materials, machineries, tools, plants etc. The rate shall be inclusive of transportation and cost of machineries to access the height like boom lift, tools & accessories etc. (In Airport Metro)

Supply and installation of FALL ARREST SYSTEM for metal roofing sheets using tested and approved methods of fixing. 1. The roof post at the end and corner will contain a stainless-steel energy-absorbing coil and mechanism that enables the coil and post body assembly to deploy in a predictable manner, in any direction and at a controlled rate. 2. The Fall Arrest System must be tested to EN:795-2012: C Personal fall protection. 3. Certified with CEN/TS: 16415:2013: C. Personal fall protection equipment. 4. Certified with ACR[M]:2015 Rev02. Testing of Roof Anchors on Roof System. 5. The combination of the coating applied to the post elements will be compliant to EN 12206-1:2004 and have been tested to the following methods with the specified results. 6. All steel components must be tested as per EN 365:2004 7. The system must include 5 number each of the trolleys, Energy absorption lanyard + full body harness and Anchorage line of 15 meters as per latest EN standards.

Design & Drawing, Supply and Installation of Fall arrest system for roof covering of 13 Nos. of Elevated Stations. (Include Roof covering over the tarck From Station Alandur to Station Meenambakkam & station Alandur to Staion St.thomas mount). The cost include Supply of full Body Harnes + E.A. Double lanyard + removable transfastner.
