SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XI (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS) (A) INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Supply and fixing LED light fitting 20 watts with and including LED tube rod (with efficacy 100 lumen/watt) 4 feet long suitable for single phase 230 Volts, 50 Hz AC supply complete with and including constant current driver with in built protection against lightning, over voltage & short circuit and all other accessories internally prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) complete.

Supply and fixing surface mounted LED light fitting 10 watts with and including LED tube rod (with efficacy 100 lumen/watt) suitable for single phase 230 Volts, 50 Hz AC supply with and including constant current driver with in built protection against lightning, over voltage & short circuit and all other accessories internally prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) complete all as specified and directed.

(NOTE : Cost of Electrcal wire for connection of luminaire and GI pipe bracket shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate)

Supply and fix 25 Watt LED Street light fitting, pressure die-cast aluminium roadway luminaries with high powered LED (having efficacy of 100 lumen/watt) with secondary optics including surge protection, constant current driver with in built protection against lightning, over voltage & short circuit, LM6 Housing, IP 65 with operating voltage range 140 to 270 V with complete with all accessories mounted on and including 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe bracket, length not less than 1.5 m, bent to shape, fixed with FI clamps and connecting by means of 2.5 sqmm PVC sheathed flat twin core aluminium conductor from loop box/ceiling rose to light fitting complete all as specified and directed. Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of, wall mounted , Air Cooled, Hi wall Split Units (Indoor & Outdoor), Air Conditioner, electric driven, single phase of capacity 1.0 TR, 3 star rating (revised BEE rating), electric driven 1 phase, 230 volt, complete with inbuilt air ioniser and plasma filter, cordless remote control unit and mounting arrangment for indoor and outdoor unit complete all as specified and directed. (NOTES : 1. AC refrigerant should be Non CFC. 2. Supply and plantation of hedges (Species - Duranta Golden or similar species as approved by GE) at an interval of 30 cm including preparation of ground to required depth, filling of sweet earth mixed with adequate qty of cow dung and watering etc complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE FOR ITEM NO. 14 TO 14.03 :- The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive of upkeeping and maintenance of the lawn & plants, proving manure, weeding, cutting & trimming of hedges as per desired shape for a period of one year from the certified date of completion).
