(C) CENTRAL AC PLANT

Dismantaling of existing unserviceable AC Plant of capacity 30 TR complete with compressors, motors, monoblock pumpset, cooling tower, electric panel, make up water tank, ducting, piping with all control valves, cables from electric panel to all equipment, AHU including breaking of foundation of existing plant etc and making good the disturbed surface of wall roof to match with existing and removing dismantled material from site and depositing to MES store complete all as specified and directed.

CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM Supply, Install, testing, balancing and commissioning of central air-conditioning plant as per scope of work given in the following items and sub items of work to maintain design temperature of 20 ± 2°C and humidity of 60 ± 5% at the given building and as shown on drgs in Amla (M.P.) and based on other conditions as given in the user data sheet and all as required as per the standard code of practice in the given field. Care has been taken to include all items as per below given detail however in case any item of work civil or electrical or mechanical not specifically specified but essentially required for successful and efficient completion and commissioning of air conditioning system shall be procured and fitted in the system to achieve the targeted and optimum performance, the cost of which is deemed included in the quoted tender rates against each item and as a whole of the system. Supply and installation, testing and commissioning of water cooled scroll chiller rated capacity of 36 TR (2 x working + 1 x stand by) (Min) each suitable for operation with R407C refrigerant working on power supply 3 Phase, 415±5%, 50Hz, with micro processor based control of operation of chiller for automatic controls with safty devices viz high pressure switch, LT switch, flow switch, anti freeze protection alarm with buzzer, crank case heater, overload protection for pump and single phase / reverse phase protection for scroll compressor complete all as specified. The unit must achieve temperature differantial of 6 degree centigrate between cooler leaving water temp and cooler entering water temp. The chiller unit consist of compressor, condenser evaporator and expansion valve with all necessary safety for smooth operation and future maintenance purpose.

MONOBLOCK TYPE PUMP SET FOR CONDENSOR Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of monoblock type centrifugal pump as per manufacturer suitable water flow and head along with elastomeric insulation, self-priming, enclosed type dynamically balanced phosphorbronze/SS impeller, high tensile steel shaft, carbon steel stuffing box (sealed by mechanical seal), deep groove ball bearings, TEFC squirrel cage induction motor having IE-3 efficiency and conforming to IS:12615-2018, base plate, mounting channel frame, elastomeric insulation, accessories and fittings, viz. mechanical seal, pressure gauges, thermometers, drains, coupling, coupling guard, vibration isolation arrangement by means of spring/rubber type mounting suitable for operation on 3- Phase, 415 V ± 10%, 50 Hz AC 2 working & 01 standby Note : (i) Necessary civil work viz. foundation for placement of pump and pump accessories shall be covered in the rate quoted by the contractor for the item shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. COOLING TOWER Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of cooling tower as per manufacturer suitable for upto 50 TR AC Plant capacity, vertical cooling tower with uniform water distribution and optimal heat transfer, having tough fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) casing of sufficient structural strength to withstand vibrations and wind velocity upto 60 m/s, FRP basin, rigid honeycomb type PVC fill of suitable thickness, SS sprinklers and non-clogging sprinkler pipes, FRP drift eliminator, energy efficient induced draught axial type fans with factory set and dynamically balanced blades pitch, TEFC squirrel cage high efficiency induction motor with IP 65 protection, inlet, outlet, drain and over-flow nozzle connections, etc. suitable for 3 Phase, 415 ± 10% V, 50 Hz AC Note : (i) Necessary civil work viz. Foundation supporting structure etc for placement of cooling toner shall be covered in the rate quoted by the contractor for the item shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate.

MONOBLOCK TYPE PUMP SET FOR CHILLER Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of monoblock type centrifugal pump as per manufacturer suitable for chiller self-priming, dynamically balanced phosphor-bronze/SS impeller, high tensile steel shaft, carbon steel stuffing box (sealed by mechanical seal), deep groove ball bearings, TEFC squirrel cage induction motor having IE- 3 efficiency and conforming to IS: 12615- 2018, base plate, mounting channel frame, accessories and fittings, viz. mechanical seal, pressure gauges, thermometers, drains, coupling, coupling guard, vibration isolation arrangement by means of spring / rubber type mounting suitable for operation on 3- Phase, 415 V ± 10%, 50 Hz AC supply complete all as specified and directed. HOT WATER GENERATOR Supply and installation Hot Water Generator Capacity 22/24 KW heating element. HOT WATER PUMP Supply and installation of Monoblock Hot water pump of 6mtr Head water flow 55 GPM (US) PAN HUMIDIFIER Supply and installation of floor mounted indoor unit of Pan Humidifier made from mild steel sheet duly hot dip galvanized or 1.2mm or 2mm thick stainless steel 304 L grade sheet, in welded construction with steam outlet nozzel, top openable with SS bolts / multistage pump with spray. AIR HANDLING UNIT Supply and installation of double skinned Air Handling Unit with suitable CFM air flow capacity confirming with specification: Modular AHU panels with GI sheet as per manufacturer for both inner and outer casing with, PUF insullation sandwiched in between. The outer panel shall have pre-coating for corrosion resistance as also to provide a very good finish. Blower section with DIDW forward curved centrifugal fan with TEFC squirrel cage Induction motor driven with suitable belt.

HDPE MAKE UP WATER TANK HDPE make-up water tank of of 2000 liter capacity, pressure rating to suit the system pressure and sized adequately to compensate for water loss due to evaporation, conforming to IS: 2825- 1969 for 'non-fired pressure vessels' with interchangeable EPDM-BUTYL rubber membrane complete with inter-connection piping, non-return valve, safety relief valve and pressure gauge etc. complete all as specified and directed. Condenser Water MS ERW Class 'C' Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of condenser water piping MS ERW Class 'C' with necessary fittings i.e. bends, tees, reducers, flanges, structural support, air-purge valves, drain-valves, etc. complete. Note: Size & qty of pipe shall be as per manuacturer recommendation.

POT strainer Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of suitable size POT strainer, tested as per BS 6755 (Part- I), suitable high capacity flow throughout full size inlet/outlet, having CI body & strainer bonnet, stainless steel perforated filter screen, black rubber body/bonnet gasket, SS-410 ball valve and flange drilling standard end connection, etc complete. Note: Size & qty of pipe shall be as per manuacturer recommendation. Chilled Water Piping Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of chilled water piping with MS ERW Class 'C' suitable size pipes with insulation and all necessary fittings i.e. bends, tees, reducers, flanges, structural support, air-purge valves, drain-valves, etc. thermally insulated with elastomeric insulation of appropriate thickness wrapped with water-proof cloth complete. Note: Sizes & qty as per manufacturer (for chilled water piping). Y-type strainer Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 50 mm bore Ytype strainer with CI/MS body, bolted cover, flanged ends, basket of brass/ bronze/ SS wire mesh complete with flanges, nuts-bolts, gaskets and flange drilling standard end connection, etc with accessories complete. Note: Size & qty of pipe shall be as per manuacturer recommendation. Butterfly valve Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of PN 1.6 rated double flanged short & long body type butterfly valve designed, manufactured and tested as per IS:13095(1991) suitable for isolation and throttling services, having CI body & disc, SS AISI 304 disc seal, clamping ring and SS AISI 410 shaft and flange drilling standard end connection with accessories complete. Note: Size & qty of pipe shall be as per manuacturer recommendation.

Reflux valve (NRV) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of PN 1.6 rated swing check type multidoor reflux valve (NRV), designed & tested as per IS: 5312-2 (1986), suitable to handle clear water having turbidity up to 5000 ppm, having CI body, door and diaphram, leaded tin bronze seat rings and flange drilling standard end connection, etc with accessories complete. Manual Balancing Valve Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of manual balancing valve with suitable size, conforming to BS 7350 complete all as specified and directed with technical criteria as recommended by manufacturer. 3-way mixing valve Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of suitable size (as per manufacturer) CI 3-way mixing valve, suitable for operation upto 10 bar with electronically operated actuator for AHUs. Water flow through the valve shall be regulated by rotation of brass slipper between the main and the bypass ports it shall be possible to manually rotate the brass slipper through 360° and interchange the main and the common ports to facilitate installation at site. All internals of the valve shall be rust-proof and the 'O' ring shall be of elastomeric insulation. The valve actuator shall be of electronic type with DC motor, the actuator's angle of rotation shall be 90°, it shall be without any limit switches and shall be overload-proof. It shall have an indicator to indicate the position and pushbutton to disengage the gear train for manual operation complete all as specified and directed. Water Flow Switch Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of automatic air-vent valve having suitable size connection with brass body and cover, polyacetal lever, high density expanded polyethylene float, EPDM rubber plug, stainless steel spring, polyamide cap etc suitable for maximum operating pressure of 16 bar and maximum operating temperature 115°C respectively, installed on all high points in the water piping system to automatically remove the trapped air complete all as specified and directed.

Automatic Air-vent Valve Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of automatic air-vent valve having 25 mm end connection with Brass OT 58 body and cover, polyacetal lever, high density expanded polyethylene float, EPDM rubber plug, stainless steel spring, polyamide cap etc. suitable for maximum operating pressure of 16 bar and maximum operating temperature 115° C respectively, installed on all high points in the water piping system to automatically remove the trapped air complete all as specified and directed. Temperature Gauge Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of temperature gauge of suitable dial size for temperature range 0°C to 100°C, glycerin filled bimetallic thermometer in compliance to EN 13190, having standard range 0°C to 60°C up to 400°C, IP 67 protection, bimetal coil sensing element, accuracy class 1 as per EN 13190, stainless steel casing, direct bottom mounted, SS- 304 case and bayonet type bezel, SS- 316 stem and connection, aluminum dial (white background with black marking) & pointer (black colour micrometer with zero adjustable), toughened glass window, neoprene filling plug and gasket with accessories complete all as specified and directed. Dial Type Glycerin Filled Pressure Gauge Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of suitable size dial glycerin filled pressure gauge in compliance to EN837-1, having standard range 15 to 0 psi and 16 psi to 10000 psi, IP 67 protection, accuracy class ±1.6% of FS, stainless steel casing and TIG argon welded socket to case, direct bottom mounted, SS- 304 case and bayonet type bezel, SS- 316 bourdon, socket, SS dial (white background with black marking) & pointer (black colour micrometer with zero adjustable), polycarbonate glass window, neoprene blow off disc and filling plug, silicon gasket complete with accessories, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

MS Hot Water Line pipes Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of chilled water piping with MS ERW Class 'C' Suitable size (as per manufacturer) pipes with insulation and all necessary fittings i.e. bends, tees, reducers, flanges, structural support, air-purge valves, drain-valves, etc. thermally insulated with elastomeric insulation of appropriate thickness wrapped with water-proof cloth complete. GI Sheet Metal Duct Work Supply, fabrication, installation and testing of sheet metal ducts of recommended thickness including necessary supports, hangers, nut & bolts, gaskets/ neoprene rubber gaskets, splitter dampers, vanes, fire retardant Double Canvass Connections, Fresh Air Intakes, Cowl with bird sceens also Air balancing / Air Adjustment as per design requirements etc complete as per specifications in accordance with approved shop drawing & As per manufacturer. Air Distribution Accessories. (a) Supply and Installation of Air Grills with double diflaction grills with coller Damper. (b) Supply and Installation of Return air Grills for AHU Room. Fire Damper Supply and installation of return air fire dampers of atleast 90 minutes fire rating as per specification & approved shop drawings, complete with fusible link with spring return mechanism and limit switch to shut off AHU blowers when not requred and the fusible link to be UL 555 rated. Acoustic Insulation: Supply and installation for application of acoustic insulation inside the supply air duct with engineered nitrile rubber open cell foam with density 140-180 kg/m3 passing class 1 Fire performance test as per BS 476 Part 7, air erosion test for 10,000 fpm air velocity as per ASTM C 1071-05 and with built in antimicrobial protection. The material should pass Fungi Resistance Test as per DIN EN ISO 846 Method A and Bacterial Resistance Test as per DIN EN ISO 846 Method C to be applied using manufacturer's recommended rubber based Adhesive in a blend of solvents.

Exposed Duct Insulation Supply & installation of thermal insulation on ducts exposed to sunlight using closed cell class 'O' nitrile rubber elastomeric insulation of density 40-55 kg/m3, thermal conductivity of 0.037 W/mK at 200 deg C mean temp and μ≥7000 (without any additional vapour barrier) and covered with nine mile cloth painted with two coats of elastomeric paint applied on ducts using manufacturer's recommended rubber based adhesive in a blend of solvents. Chiller Plant Manager Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of intelligent chiller plant manager including LCD display, PLC controller with all instrument, sensors, accessories and interconnecting control and power cabling etc ,supporting and controlling the water cooled chiller plant. The programmable logic controller shall be specifically designed to control 2 water cooled chillers, 2 x cooling towers, 2 x condenser pumps, 2 x chiller pumps, zone demand sensor (DP or temp sensor) and Water level switches in cooling towers. The CPM controller should be capable of sequencing, staging, scheduling, load sharing between chillers, pumps, cooling tower and their optimization. The controller shall be able to communicate to BMS with Modbus/BACnet/ lonworks protocol. FRESH AIR COWL Supply and installation of powder coated extruded aluminium louvers with synthetic removable type filter, bird screen & damper for fresh air intake.

PAN HUMIDIFIER PIPE Supply and installation of GI Pipe line with heating insulated pipe for connected with Pan Humidifire to Main Duct/AHU. ELECTRICAL PANEL Design, supply and installation as recommanded by manufacturer of floor mounted indoor type CPRI approved confirming to IS-8623 Part-I 1993 factory fabricated cubical panel board made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet duly compartmentalized to accommodate suitable capacity of : (a) Incomer MCCB (b) TPN copper bus bar of rating not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incomer MCCB (c) Outgoing MCCBs/MCBs for chiller unit, AHU, hot water generator, pan humidifier (d) DOL/Star delta starter for Chiller & condensor pumps, cooling tower, hot water pumps Control Panel:Temprature And Humidity Controller Supply and installation of control panel for relative humidity and temperature displayed in controller box. Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of advanced composite relative humidity -temperature indicator cum controller. Electrical cable and Earthing Supply and installation as recommanded by manufacturer of power and control cable with Ladder type cable tray with suitable size for all equipment for electrical supply as per requirement. GI strip earthing of recommended size/type shall be installed for chiller, pump sets, AHU, hot water generator, LT Panel etc

(C) MANNING AND OPERATION AC PLANT

Daily maintenance, manning & operation of 36 TR AC plant (24 TR working + 12 TR standby) minimum at Shed No. 53 AFS, Amla including various electrical and mechanical equipments and attending minor fault of AC plant and maintaining design temperature of 22 ± 2°C and humidity of 60 ± 5% inside shed complete all as specified and directed. The trades men will be in possession of required working/ safety tools to operate the AC plant, DG set and control panels. The person shall carrying out the maintenance of AC plant and keeping the installation neat and clean. All documents related to the temperature, humidity and equipments such as log sheet, record of failure of power supply are to be maintained as per prescribed format approved by Engr- in-Charge and with ONE OPERATOR, Skilled (Ref Mech) daily in three shifts per day (Morning, Evening, Night ) (8 Hour Per Shift) including Sundays and Holidays, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from wall, flame proof MCB SPN distribution board for reuse at site or for taking credit (To be measured only when found serviceable in all respects complete for reuse) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

S & F in replacement of weather proof, flame proof distribution board MCB DB SPN 8 way in cast aluminium alloy approved by CIMFR, Dhanbad LM 6 construction with cable entries at bottom consisting of DB SPN with one 32 Amp SPN MCB for incoming and 6 Nos MCB SP of 6 Amp capacity for outgoing 4 way including flame proof cable gland and lugs at bottom size complete all as specified and as directed.
