PROVISION OF PATHWAY FOR CHANNELISING TRAFFIC IN ACCESS CONTROL FACIAL RECOGNITION AND ONE LIGHTENING ARRESTER FOR BCR AT AFS THANJAVUR

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard dense soil.

Material & Labour plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in kerbs including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed. .

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in subbase to floor.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-35 Grade all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling under paver block 50mm thick compacted all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed.

M & L for providing earthing with copper earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 3mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25M deep below ground level ) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5M below ground level connected to copper strip 20 x 3mm thick for earthing lead fixed by means of nuts,bolt,washers etc.of copper / brass connected to earth test point complete all as specified in electrical plate NO 3 of SSR1996 part 1 ,including necessary excavation and earth work in any strata of soil,GI water pipe with 20mm dia.funnel &wire mesh PCC pit with CI cover and frame etc.all as specified and as directed.

M&L earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 20 x 3mm copper strip including fixing arrengment like epoxy insulatos on wall/pole etc. all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing single pointed copper air termination rod 12mm dia and 300mm long all as specified and as directed.

M&L test point termininal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75 x 25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hex head screw all as specified and as directed. .

Supply and fix epoxy insulators suitable for fixing of copper strip 20 x 3mm including fixing accessories like screws plastic plugs etc.all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix tube medium grade, galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floors of size 15mm dia laid in trenches all as specified and as directed

Cutting of existing steel tubing 40mm bore for alterations or additions (each cut measured) all as specified and as directed.

S&F bib taps cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handel screwed down screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed of size 15mm bore.all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exc. 1.5 metre wide and not exc. 1.5 metre in depth and getting out for taking up / laying under ground electric cable or for pole etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Mechanical excavation is not allowed in this Stn only manual excavation allowed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms in depth in soft/loose soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soils to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point all complete as specified and as directed.
