MISC B/R REPAIR TO MD ACCN BLDGS AT AIR FORCE STATION HIGHGROUND UNDER AGE (I) HIGHGROUND CHANDIGARH

Dismantling brick tiles or concrete tiles single layer on roof and removal complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of mud phuska on roofs any thickness including mud plastering (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) and removal to a distance exceeding 100 metre, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour, 40 mm thick brick tiles (except tile) laid on roof and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) and jointed grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement over and complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof padding and maintaining required slope incl mixing water proofing compound (Dr. Fixit) as per manufacturers instruction (water proofing liquid shall be paid seperately) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing mud plaster/ tarfelt including roof treatment , bedding on brick or stone surface, roof parapet wall etc including racking out joints, hacking for key , scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as specified and directed. The work will cariied out on on horizontal and vertical surface. 10 years Waterproofing warranty on Terraces shall be furnished and work shall be carried out by Authorized Applicator only. Make: Berger, Nerolac, Asian, Dulux.

Material & labour plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in,roof kerb ,padding to roof to maintain the required slope mixed with acrylic base water proofing compound @ 1% by weight of cement including all necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified. Make: Pidiproof WL (Dr Fixit) or equivalent ISI marked make as approved by AGE(I) complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tank of capacity exc 250 ltr but n.exc 500 ltr, setting aside (or lowering, if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting, reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.
