Excavating in trenches in any type of soil, n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes, etc n. exc. 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass concrete/sunken floors all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in (soil), including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm.

Removing excavated material (soil) n.exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B’ bricks using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:4

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels, drains (forming fair finished channel shall be measured and paid for separately).

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds mitered/stopped ends, etc all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm stone aggregate in lintels up to 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed.

M&L for form work to sides of flat, rough finished surfaces of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work; vertical to batter.

M&L for form work to flat, rough finished surfaces faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pilasters, buttresses etc.; vertical or to batter,.

M&L for form work to soffits of flat, rough finished surfaces of concrete of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200 mm thick(Horizontal or sloping)

M&L for form work to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, opening in concrete walls, floor and roofs and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc. 10 cm but n. exc. 20 cm wide, rough finished surfaces of concrete.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia.

M&L for RCC M-25 (design mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc. basement slabs and mass concrete.

M&L for RCC M-25 (design mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in walls, retaining walls, basement walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses

M&L for RCC M-25 (design mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies and in shelves and the like.

M&L for 450 mm bore reinforced concrete pipes class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars.
