Providing and laying, spreading and compacting 0.396m3 of 45-22.40mm & 0.528m3 of 22.40-2.36mm & 0.396m3 of 2.36mm and below metal stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) specification including premix the materials with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage to mixed materials by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per clause 406 of MORTH specifications.

Providing and laying Prime coat of 7.00kgs/10 sqm over the WMM surface treated with primer using using 7 kgs of bituminous Emulsion for 10 square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as prime coat manually etc., complete as per 502 of MORTH Rev V Specifications

Providing and laying tack coat of 2.50kgs/10 sqm over the prime surface treated with binter using 2.50 kgs of bituminous Emulsion for 10 square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat manually etc., complete as per 503 of MORTH Rev V Specifications

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Macadam using 0.24cum of 26.50-13.20mm 0.25cum of 13-20 2.36mm and 0.23cum of 2.36mm & below and with 53.20 kgs of VG30/ VG 40 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing the in required temperture in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to work site spreading the mix to uniform thickness 50mm with paver to the specified grades and cross section and compacted by vibratory / Pneumatic roller to the required density etc inclluding labour attaending to Paver to site etc. including hire charges for 20-30 CMP with bitument bitumen Boiler tipper truck, Paver finisher / 9m Paver finsiher vibratory / Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required including fuel and all other incidential charges etc complete as per Specification.

Providing laying Bituminous Concrete to 30mm / 40mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm 0.17cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30kgs of VG 30/VG40bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, 10sqm including cost adn coveyance of all materials to CMP site heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site spreading the mix to uniform thickness 40mm with mechanic paver to the specified grades and cross section and consolidated by 8-10 ton vibratory / Pneumatic roller to the required density etc inclluding labour attaending to Paver to site etc. including hire charges for 20-30 CMP with bitument bitumen Boiler tipper truck, Paver finisher / 9m Paver finsiher vibratory / Pneumatic rooler and all other tools and plant required including fuel all other incidential charges etc complete as per Specification using CMP as Per clause 507 of MORTH Rev5 .R.D 21-22 P.No.9

Raising the existing circular manholes in heavy type including removing the existing manhole cover with frame by dismantling the existing cement concrete and tar road surface alround the manhole raising the manhole with cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement two sand and four aggregates ) 25 cm height including centering inside the manhole raising ,laying 15 cm tk cement concrete 1:2:4 with 20mm granite chips including finishing the top surface of manhole alround etc., complete.,

Road marking With hot applied thermoplastic compound With reflect rising class beadstd on bituminous surface provinding and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 205mm Thick including reflect rising glass beads @ 250 gms. Per sqm. Area, thickness of 2.5 mm. is exclusive of surface appled glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc. complete. (as per MORT & H specification No. 803)..
