Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work below plinth level and up to Floor IV level: 1 :4: 8 ( 1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-Ill) : 8 graded cum as per HSR Item No.6.1.6 @ Rs.2735/- per cum

Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4(1 cement: 4 coarse sand) as per HSR Item No.7.20.1 @ Rs.4341/- per cum

10 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1 :3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) as per HSR Item No.11.4.2 @ Rs.96/-per sqm

Providing & fixing steel bar embedded plastic steps of size 263mm x each 143 165mm of orange colour, confirming to specification in pump chambers, manholes etc., having minimum 3mm thick polypropylene polymer confirming to is:10910 encapsulated on 12mm dia ribbed steel bars per IS : 1786.
