DOME CLIMBER – Dome climber is made up 20mm IDGI pipe of different nos. of pipes of different length namely 12 nos of 42”, 48nos. of 33”, 12 nos. of 37”, 12 nos. of 30”, 18 nos. of 36”, 6 nos. of 28”, 3 nos. of 24” 6 nos. of 32” and 3 nos. of 25” length. The dia of dome should not be less than 12ft and 6ft ht from ground level. All welded joints are well grinded, All parts to be treated chemically and treated with the pure polyester powder coating (oven baked) with minimum thickness of 40 microns done on the pipes extend the life of equipments.all installed in C.C. base as per order by engineer in charge.
FRP Two lane slide Platform of minimum size 1.2 mtr. X 0.75 mtr. and 1.8 mtr. high supported by four numbers of minimum 50 mm IDGI pipe made ,2.5 mm thick special perforated MS sheet duly supported underneath by angles of size 40 X 40 X 4 mm. Platform should be supported by railing made of 25 mm and 20 mm IDGI pipe horizontal as well as vertical members respectively. The vertical member should be at least 0.75 mtr. high and spaced at distance not more than 100 mm. b) Length and overall width of Slide should not be less than 3.3 mtr. and 1.0 mtr. respectively There is 2 nos. of joint less FRP Slide made of minimum 6 mm thick overall ISO GEL with uv stabilized pigment mixed in gel coat with virgin quality 450 grams matt and G.P. resin duly supported by one number support made up of 25 mm IDGI pipe both side finish, connected with platform. Slide should be made in a single mould piece there is no any joint in the slide. c) Leg support of the platform should be made by 4 numbers of 50 mm IDGI pipe) Two numbers of Ladder each having width of minimum 50 cm should be made by two numbers of 32mm IDGI pipe having step of minimum size 100 mm tread and maximum 175 mm riser duly supported by 20mm IDGI pipe made of 16 SWG GI Sheet jointed with triangular steps. e) The ladders railing should be made up of 25mm and 20 mm IDGI pipe horizontal as well as vertical members respectively. The vertical member should be spaced as per requirement and safety in such a way that a ladder itself has safety railings for the platform. f) All the sharp edges and corner properly grinded to give smooth finishing so that children are not hurt with playing on it. g) All parts to be treated chemically and treated with the pure polyester powder coating (oven baked) with minimum thickness of 40 microns done on the pipes extend the life of equipments. To be installed in C.C. base as per order by engineer in charge.
Arch Swing:- made up of GI pipe 65mm N.B . The Arch swing shall have two numbers of inverted “U” shaped M.S pipe of 65mm N.B. with 7’-6” height above natural ground level at 10 feet center to center all overall size of the Arch. Swing shall be 10’ht 7’-6” (ht. Above GL) The vertical inverted “U” shaped member shall be connected with gi pipe of 65mm N.B.at top as per drawing/design. shall be powder coated , consisting of 4 Nos. belt type swing with bearing assembling chain Zinc coated 6mm thick, butt welded , Belt seat made of frp with non skid surface . The swing shall be fixed in CC as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.
Providing and fixing spiral slide (Roto molded):- Roto molded spiral slides is in one piece rotationally molded is made of L.L.D.P.E. and has a double layer (both side finish) having thickness of 4mm. resting on vertical poles of 80mm nominal bore, G.I. pipe ttached to platform with the help of 2 no.'s 50mm NB GI pipe on height of 2400mm, platform made of 2mm thick precision punched hole GI sheet and railing to platform made of 25mm & 20mm nominal bore G.I pipe, Entry Ladder made of 25mm & railing of ladder is made up of 25 mm nominal bore GI pipes and jointed with help of 16 swg GI sheet triangular steps having width 500mm, 90mm tread & maximum 225mm riser. All parts to be powder coated with minimum thickness of 40 microns uniformly and then fixed in cement concrete blocks of required size and mix etc complete as per drawing / sketch and direction of Engineer –in-charge at the site. (a) Deck height –2400mm.
The lever of see saw shall be made from 80 mm NB ‘ GI pipe. The seat of see saw shall be made from FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) / LLDPE (Low linear Density Poly Ethylene) 2 -3 thickness. The lever shall be fitted on 50 mm GI pipe and bush bearing shall be made from seamless pipe fitted in 80 mm NB GI pipe. See saw lever shall be welded with 150 x 150 x 5 mm MS plate for nut bolting with stand. All parts to be powder coated with minimum thickness of 40 microns uniformly and then fixed in cement concrete blocks of required size and mix etc complete as per drawing / sketch and direction of Engineer –in-charge at the site.
