M&L for Brick Work with Fly-Ash Bricks (Old Size Bricks), Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing vegetation growth/shrubs (girth up to 30 CM), cutting in brick wall/concrete surface upto triple storey building carefully without damaging the existing soil, vent, water supply pipe and removing roots of plants completely and filling the gaps with PCC 1:2:4, Type B-0 finished with existing surface including all scaffolding ladder etc as required surface are n.exc. 0.36 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Non-asbestos Fiber Cement Building Boards 6.0mm thick, fixed to Walls with Rawl Plugs and Steel Screws, and fixed-in-repairs, and applying Two Coats of acrylic distemper (as approved) over a Coat of 1.5 mm thick wall care putty for priming the surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water and removing Debris, etc. to Outside MD/AF Land, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering (Internal) 12mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces, Plastered Surfaces finished Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing New Plastered Surfaces of Walls by applying a Coat of Wall Care Putty, 1.5 mm thick including rubbing down with Sand Paper to obtain a smooth finish surface and applying with rollers Two Coats of Acrylic Distemper (as approved) over a Coat of Primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing new Plastered Surfaces of Walls and applying three Coat of White Wash, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 5.0mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 on Concrete Surfaces as in Ceilings etc., Plastered Surfaces finished Even and Smooth, without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing Newly Plastered Surfaces of Ceiling and applying Three Coats of White Wash, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4, on brick/stone walls or concrete surfaces finished even and fair (upto any height) for external surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying exterior wall putty 1.5 mm thick for smooth surface and finished with two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint (having anti-dust & anti-algae properties) over a coat of suitable exterior primer, applied with rollers to new wall surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described, as per manufacturer's instructions, upto 4 storey height complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rough Cast Plaster on Brick Walls upto double storey consisting Under Coat of Cement and Sand Mortar 1:3 not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in Plastic state the Rough Cast Mixture consisting of Crushed Stone or Fine Gravel mixed with Coarse Sand and Cement in the ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied and finish Even, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing newly Rough Cast plastered surfaces of Walls and applying two Coats of Exterior Emulsion Paint (having anti-dust & anti-algae properties) with approved Tint over a coat of suitable exterior Primer (as per Manufacturer's instructions), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing Old Decorated/Treated Plastered Surfaces of Walls and applying One Coat of White Wash, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing Old Decorated/Treated Surfaces of Ceiling of any description and applying One Coat of White Wash, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing old Distempered surfaces of Walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing and scraping down and filling the existing Nails/ Screw Holes, etc. and applying with rollers one coat of Acrylic Distemper (as approved), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing old Decorated/Treated Plastered surfaces of Exterior Walls upto Four Storey by brooming down or steel wire brushing and scraping down, filling of cracks with suitable paste and applying with rollers One Coat of Exterior Emulsion Paint (having anti-dust & anti-algae properties) with approved Tint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing Old Decorated/Treated Wood and Wood Based Surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 Cm width or girth and applying One Coat of Synthetic Enamel Paint (First quality), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing Old Treated/Painted Steel and Iron Surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 Cm width or girth and applying One Coat of Synthetic Enamel Paint (First quality), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Writing Letters or Figures (Block Roman, Italic or Indian) on Buildings, not exc 15 cm High, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing Old or previously treated Plastered/ Concrete Surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 Cm width or girth and applying One Coat of Synthetic Enamel Paint (First quality), complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Stainless Steel Curtain Rod 25mm dia/bore (as approved) including fixing stainless steel Bracket (shaped as approved) not less than 80mm long to wall with Screws/ secured with stainless steel side doom(as approved) fitted/tightened on Curtain Rod at both ends with screw, complete all as specified and as directed.

GENERAL NOTES:- 1) All Qty of distemper, Primer and Exterior Emulsion Paint would be deposited in MES store before start of the work. 2) Material would be issued by JE/AGE as per site requiredment. 3) Make of Primer shall be same as that of overlaying paint. 4) Type of Primer shall be as recommended by manufacturer for respective surface.
