Supplying and erecting Shuttering including necessary supports for plane surfaces such as RCC Column Footing, Plinth Beams, Staircase Steps etc., in all floors using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60Cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles for boarding supported by Casuarinas props at suitable intervals etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement, one and a half sand and three aggregate) using 20mm hard broken granite stone jelly for All RCC items of work excluding centering, shuttering, and cost of reinforcement grill but including curing finishing, vibrator charges etc., complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in RCC works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position TMT/CTD rods for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors complete complying with standard specification

Fly Ash Brick in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) using best quality bricks of size 9"x4 ½"x3" for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (Masonry projections wherever necessary for obtaining the required elevation shall be done without extra cost.

Filling in basement with excavated earth (other than sand) in layers of 15cmthick well rammed watered and consolidated as per standard specification in 1 m3 as per the instruction of Departmental officers. Including all initial lead and other labour charges

Supply and fixing of Architectural Designed ornamental gate using mild steel angles,sheets,channels and flats and C.I.designs like leaf,flower,arrow and ball at fronnt side with necessary locking arrangements including cost and conveyance etc., complete

Plastering with cement mortor 1:5 mix using 12 mm thick work as per the instruction of departmental officers. Including all initial lead and other labour charges

Panting With Enamel Paint Using Two Coats Over of Approved Colour and Quality For Dept.Officers.

Painting two coats for Interior surfacewith approved Interior Plastic Emulsion paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc completeand including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification.
