1) Total value of forestry and other works executed and payments received in the last five years (in Rs Lakhs) Format 1 is enclosed in Tender notification. (2) To qualify for award of this Contract each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years achieved at least in two financial years a minimum financial turn over of Rs (usually not less than the two times of estimated annual payments in this contract) (3) satisfactorily completed (at least 50% of this contract, as a prime contractor for similar works such as of value not less than Rs (Specify the similar work). (the work done Certificate produced should be issued by not below the rank of Deputy Conservator of Forest and Executive Engineer i.e. Deistic level officer (4) Details of Sector-specific experienced manpower employed (5) Each Tenderer should further demonstrate Availability of owning the following Key and critical equipment for this work like JCB itachi etc (6) Liquid assets and / or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.. lakhs(Credit lines/letter of credit certificate from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. (usually 30 percent of the amount of contract) (Bankers Certificate format 2 is enclosed) (7) Line of credit should be submitted indent wise or work wise (8) Audit balance sheet for the last three financial years (i.e 2020-21, 2021-22 & 2022-23) with copies of Income Tax returns statement filed.
