Supply, install, testing and commissioning of submersible 5 HP pump set of capable to deliver head 40-50 mtrs discharge 60-270 LPM, outlet size 50 mm working on 3 ph AC supply 415 V, 50 Hz suitable for installing in the borewell of 150mm dia complete all as specified and directed. Note No 1 : The pump set details as given above is tentative which shall vary subject to the yield test Note No 2 : The contractor shall ensure and submit the design of pump set of required staging to get the desired output in consultation and with approval of Engr-in-charge after digging of borewell & carrying out the yield test by suitable method.

Supply and lay 50mm bore Galvanised steel tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixtures in trenches floors/walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Sample box made out of 2nd class hard wood of internal dimension 900mm x 400mm x 150 mm deep using 25mm thick planks and providing pigeonholes of minimum 18 Nos of 100 mm square (compartments 100mm x 100mm) having drawer made by 12mm thick plywood and providing openable fully glazed shutter with 3mm thick ordinary sheet glass framed with second class hard wood 50 x 15mm hinged on one side and providing locking arrangement with hasp & stable for displaying strata samples as received during boring of tube well complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, lay, testing and commissioning UG cable of size 4 core 25 Sqmm XLPE insulated, armored heavy duty electric cable, 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor in trenches including suitable size of double grip cable gland and joiinting etc complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m in wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of cables complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading , levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft / disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay riddled earth in trenches for cable protection, spreading, levelling, Punning and consolidating complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay old bricks sub class A for cable protection laid trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install MS feeder pillar box outdoor type complete with fully automatic star delta starter suitable for submersible pump set of capacity 5 HP, including single phase preventor with dry run protection, TPN 63 amps, voltmeter, Ammeter, capacitor bank, etc (including foundation concrete PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate and earth work for foundation of feeder pillar box complete all as specified and directed. Note No 1: The thickness of M S sheet shall be minimum 3 mm and frame work with angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm. Note No 2 : The outdoor feeder pillar box to be painted with one coat red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ivory) colour paint complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
