Construction of Illuminated Godawan (Great Indian Bustard) Sculpture. Design, fabrication, supply and installation of 6 feet high sculpture of “Godawan (Great Indian Bustard)”, the State Bird of Rajasthan, made in realistic (true-to-life) proportion, including all materials, labour, tools, plant, transportation and complete installation at site, as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge, Illuminated Godawan (Great Indian Bustard) Sculpture Height: 6 Feet (Approx. 1.8 m)Realistic Proportion & Market Rate Based (Non-SOR Item) Item Description with following technical specifications: Technical Specifications 1. Material & Structure- Sculpture shall be fabricated using Mild Steel (M.S.) / Galvanized Iron Sheet of minimum thickness 3.00 mm., Internal structural framework shall be made of M.S. angle / pipe sections (minimum 40×40×5 mm or equivalent) to ensure durability and wind resistance. 2. Manufacturing Method-Fabrication shall include cutting, bending, shaping, welding, grinding and surface finishing, All joints shall be fully welded and ground smooth, Sculpture surface shall be free from sharp edges, dents or welding marks. 3. Design & Proportion- Sculpture shall depict accurate anatomical features of Godawan bird including beak, wings, legs and body posture, Total height shall be 6 feet measured from base to top. 4. Perforation for Lighting Effect- Decorative perforated holes shall be provided at suitable locations on body and wings, as per approved design, Holes shall allow light to emanate uniformly when internal lighting is installed, without compromising structural strength. 5. Painting & Finish- One coat of Anti-rust primer (Red Oxide / Zinc Chromate) shall be applied, Final finish with exterior-grade weather-resistant PU / Synthetic enamel paint, done artistically to achieve natural and live colors of Godawan bird. Paint shall be UV resistant and suitable for outdoor conditions.

6. Lighting Provision- Provision for fixing internal LED decorative lighting including internal space, wire routing and access openings, (LED fittings, drivers and wiring shall be included unless specified otherwise.) 7. Base Plate & Installation- Sculpture shall be fixed on M.S. base plate of minimum 10 mm thickness, Installation shall be done using anchor bolts / chemical anchoring on RCC or stone pedestal. Complete structure shall be stable against wind load and environmental exposure. Measurement shall be per each sculpture (Each / No.). Rate shall include designing, fabrication, painting, perforation, lighting provision, transportation, erection, fixing, taxes, royalties and all incidental works.

Artistic landmark / heritage-grade sculpture, Realistic human proportion and dynamic dance posture, Heavy-duty internal MS frame, Fine detailing of costume and expressions, Premium outdoor finish, Service life: 15–20 years, Sculpture shall be fabricated using Mild Steel (M.S.) / Galvanized Iron Sheet of minimum thickness 3.00 mm. Internal structural framework shall be made of M.S. angle / pipe sections (minimum 40×40×5 mm or equivalent) to ensure durability and wind resistance. Construction of 6’-0” High Kalbeliya Dancer Statue(Hollow Mixed Iron – Artistic Sculpture) Providing, designing, fabricating, supplying, transporting and fixing a 6 feet high Kalbeliya dancer statue, artistically crafted in traditional dance posture, made of hollow mixed iron construction with heavy MS structural framework and GI/CRC sheet body, including detailed sculptural modelling, anti-corrosive treatment, premium weather-resistant painting, transportation and complete installation at site. Providing, supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 360 degree revolving arrangement for statue, comprising of heavy-duty mechanical revolving system including MS/SS fabricated base frame, turntable assembly, high load capacity thrust bearing / slewing bearing, central jack rod / shaft, support rollers, gear assembly, electric motor with reduction gearbox, control panel, wiring, limit switches, speed control mechanism, safety locking system and all associated mechanical and electrical components, complete as per approved design, drawings, technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The work shall include proper alignment, balancing of statue load, anti-vibration arrangement, anchoring to RCC foundation using anchor bolts, necessary civil interface works, protective housing, lubrication system, trial run, smooth noiseless operation, and ensuring uniform rotation throughout 360 degrees. The item shall also include supply of all labour, materials, tools & plants, transportation, erection, testing, commissioning, and making good the surroundings, complete in all respects.
