Site cleaning in the Lighthouse premises & along with the pathway including cutting grass, vegetation, uprooting of rank vegetation, sapling etc. and disposing the debris within a lead of 50m. Including supply of all labour, tools etc. complete.

Demolishing cement concrete Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead including all tools & plants, labour etc. complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead including all tools & plants, labour etc. complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Repair works to cracks in plastering / masonary / R.C.C. works/ lintels/ beams/ chajjas etc. cutting out cracks in 'V' section , cleaning out wetting, grouting with cement-sand slurry, 1:3( 1 Cement, 3 Sand) including mixing with water proofing compound as recommended by the manufacturer including supply of all materials, tools, labours, scaffoldings etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Making plinth protection 50 min thick of cement concrete 1:3:6(1 Cement :3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20 min nominal size ) over 75 mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and thick consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including finishing the top smooth complete as directed including supply of all materials, labours, tools etc. complete as directed by the ehgineer in charge ( ref. DAR 16, Vol-1, Item No.4.17)

Providing and fixing up to floor five level precast cement concrete Solid block of 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including cost of required centering, shuttering complete with all materials, tools, labours etc. as directed by the engineer in charge .

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Coarse Sand : 4 Graded Stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) up to plinth level including laying, compacting, curing complete with all materials, tools, labours etc. as directed by the engineer in charge but including the cost of formwork .

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under with cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand), including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete including a supply of all materials, labours, tools etc. complete as directed by the engineer incharge.

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-Charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. B) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-Charge. C) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-Charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep. D) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineerin-Charge:With average thickness of 120mm and minimum thickness at Khurra as 65mm

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary reparis to scratches etc. complete including a supply of all materials, labours, tools etc. complete as directed by the engineer incharge

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth etc. including supply of all materials, tools, labours etc. complete as directed by the engineer incharge.

Wall painting two coats with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour on existing white washed surfaces to give an even shade after removing white wash by throughly brushing the surface, scrapping , brooming, sand papering, cleaning all dirt & dust, preparation of surface with filling the holes by applying putty etc. whereever required including supply of all materials, labours, tools etc. complete as directed by the engineer incharge.

Painting two coats to the previously painted outer surfaces of the Masonry tower of Lighted Beacon and quarter at all heights with Syn. Enamel Paint of approved quality and colour (fully white) including sraping, cleaning of all dirt, dust and supply of all labours mterials tools, scaffolding etc. complete.

Painting two coats over previously painted doors & windows metal surfaces with 1st quality S.E.P of approved make(Asian/Berger/Shalimar) & colour to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing, scraping, brooming, sand papering, cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust & other foreign matter etc as directed including supply of all materials, labours, tools etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes (1" Dia), having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. (Concealed work including cutting chases and making good the walls etc.,)

Providing & Fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC pipes of heavy type 6 Kgf/Sq.cm of approved brand and manufactures for rain water/SWR pipe line including fixing necessary clamps, screws and fittings, included jointing of pipes & fittings with PVC solvent etc. including walling, making good the wall, ceiling and floor including cost of all materials, Tools & Plants, labour charges etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Cleaning of underground sump, Over Head RCC Tank & Water tank including disposal of slit and rubbish, supply of all materials, labours, tools, scaffoldings etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations:- (i) Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of slit and other deposits. (ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water. (iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine. (iv) The trated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removed from the surface. (v) Finally the surface shall be treated with Ultraviolet radiation etc. as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying & fixing in trap door ( GI frame with cover 85 x70mm) in lighthouse tower at all heights made up aluminium chequered plate 3 mmthick, with frame of aluminium L angle 35x35x5mm ,providing outer frame of 40x40x6 mm G.I. L angle to be fitted to the concreteslab with necessary hinges for easy opening and closing providing locking arrangements, handles as per drawing and fixing in top slab including supply of all materials, labours, tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete
