S R to Paralakhemundi Gumma Serengo Road by filling potholes with WMM and SDBC from ch. 16.0 km. to 32.900 km. during the year 2026 27

Excavation of soil with hydralick excavator of 0.90cum bucket including cutting and trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with the requirements with all leads and lifts as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing laying , spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix ix plant , carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform lyers with paver in sun-base / base course on well prepared suface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per clause 406 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surfaceof granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60kg/sqm using meachnical means as per clause 502 of MoSRT&H specification for roads & Bridge works.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emusion pressure distributor at a rate of 0.20kg per sqm. On the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MoSRT&H specification or road & Bridge works. including cost, conveyance, royalties of all the materials and cost of all labour , labour CESS and T&P required to complete the work and finished in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in -charge.

Providing and laying 25 mm av. thick compacted Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete (Grading-II) using 60/70 grade Bitumen and crusher broken hard granite aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause No.501, 508 and section 900 of specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th Revision) & including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
