DENSE BITUMINOUS MACADAM: Proving and laying dense bituminous macadam using crushed aggregates of grading 2,premixed with bituminous binder VG-40 Bitumen @ 4.50 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transported to site with VTS , laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired density for 50 mm compacted thickness .USING 80 TPH Batch mix type hot mix plant without SCADA, Sensor Paver, Intelligent Compactor with compaction analyzer and V-Sat attachment with Stone Dust filler.including tack coat at the rate of 2.5 kilogramme per 10 square metre of VG-10.
BITUMINOUS CONCRETE:- Providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed aggregates of grading 2, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.40 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transported to site with VTS , laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level,alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired compaction for 30 mm compacted thickness with VG-40 Bitumen, - USING 80 TPH Batch mix type hot mix plant without SCADA, Sensor Paver, Intelligent Compactor with compaction analyzer and V-Sat attachment with Stone Dust filler.including tack coat at the rate of 2.5 kilogramme per 10 square metre of VG-10.
