Laying of Medical Gas Pipe Line System from 2400 LPM Oxygen Generation Plant to existing Manifold System at Govt. Bone Joint Hospital, Jammu.

a) Providing and laying of Medical Grade Copper Pipe for oxygen as per EN 13348:2001, (Medical Grade), Solid Drawn, Seamless, De-oxidized, Non- arsenical, half-hard fully de-greased (designated to R250). It should conform and meet with the latest BSEN 13348:2001 standard. Chemical compositions as per CUDHP to 1190-1 and CWO 24A to EN 1412. Maximum total carbon content 0.20 Mg/dms. The pipes shall be accompanied with manufactures test certificate for the Physical properties & Chemical Composition. Copper Pipes will also have third party inspection certificates from KITEMARK/LOYYDS REGISTERY SERVICES/TUV/SGS. The copper pipe should be suitably embossed with the manufacturing name/logo Specifications of Medical copper pipe is as below:- 42mm OD x 1.5mm thick - 200m 75mm OD x 1.5mm thick- 02m Job includes cost of saddles, fittings, screws etc. for laying/ hanging of copper pipe. b) Providing and fitting of Ball valves with brass fitting for regulation of Oxygen, of different sizes as below:- 42mm- 03 Nos. 28mm- 03. Nos All units(skids) shall be connected by providing a suitable Manifold with provision of isolation valves, NRV’s, and Alarm system( Plant room as well as Manifold room) so as to allow use of single or multiple plants as per requirement or as to allow servicing of each plant by turn. The outlet of Manifold connecting all the OMOGs shall be connected with existing manifold system to form part of the central Medical Oxygen Supply System of the Hospital. The system should be equipped with the feature of auto switch over to maintain regular gas supply in case of system failure. c) Job also includes providing and fitting of automatic changeover panel including 42mm fittings (copper medical grade pipes, control valves) to ensure the continuous supply of oxygen. The job includes all types of material and labour charges and taxes thereof.
