Servicing and overhauling of compressor unit of 400KV Circuit Breaker at 400KV Sub Station Sarnath, Varanasi.

Complete repairing and overhauling of compressor unit of 400KV circuit breaker system with the work of dismantling the compressor unit one by one with help of suitable T&Ps complete cleaning of all parts, replacing of defective bearings, packing, wheel, shaft, air filter, oil seals & compressor oil (Castrol / Servo / Goulf). Remetling of its damaged parts and finishing, polishing in required shape and size. After completion re-assembling and proper alignment in respect of suitable operation, dismantling the motor and re-varnishing of its stator, replacing of its defective bearings and straightening of rotor rotar shaft with proper alignment. Assembling the motor and testing the unit for smooth running to buildupthe required pressure. Painting & minor repair of compressor box with one coat primer after 24 Hrs. two coat of good quality Smoke Gray color synthetic enamel paint (Burger / Asian / Nerolac) (Gap between each coat of more than 24 Hrs). All other works to complete the job satisfactorily all required material & T&P will be provided by contractor at his own cost.
