Supply, Installation, Testing Commissioning of VRV/VRF Outdoor machines for air conditioning system, comprising of scroll/screw/rotary compressors with R-410A/R-32 refrigerant, DC fan motor with fan blade, heat exchanger, safety valves, solenoid valves receiver, capillary tubes, checks valves, electronic expansion valves, low pressure sensor, refrigerant filter, stop valve, Y-joints/refnet kits and making joints etc. Rate inclusive of refrigerant and oil pre charging, vibration isolators, supports, necessary foundation/pedestal works etc. Condenser coil & fins provided with anti corrosive treatment, necessary accessories for oil separation, flow control, interconnecting piping, condenser air fan, electrical and microprocessor based panel, interconnecting cabling, all housed inside a weather proof cabinet suitable for exposed installation on ground including pressure testing, vaccuming, charging of refrigerants etc. as per requirement for proper functioning of the units. Wall mounted type indoor unit (Cooling only )- 2.0TR

Supply and fixing of set of hard drawn suction and discharge refrigerant copper pipes (thickness should not less than 0.9 mm) of suitable size for above VRF/VRV units with fittings like elbows, couplers, reducers, tee, Y-joints/Refnet joints etc. Refrigerant pipes duly insulated with elastomeric nitrile tubular rubber insulation between indoor & outdoor unit. Preferable Make: Rajco/Mandev/yorkshire/Totaline/vaishali/Maxflow /Parasmani

Supplying and fixing following size powder coated M.S. 'C' channel type trays with cover (for refrigerant pipes) including connectors, bend, tee etc. and fitted on wall/floor/ roof with M.S. fasteners, supports, clamps/MS hanger etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of heavy duty rigid UPVC piping (for drain) on wall complete with fittings and clamps/supports etc. The joints shall be properly sealed with rubber based adhesive to ensure proper bonding. The rate shall include UPVC Coupler, reducer, socket, bend, Tee as required as per the site to connect with the Drain Hopper of IDUs.

Supply and laying of following size overall shielded Control cum Communication cable in suitable PVC conduits between indoor and outdoor units. Preferable Make: Finolex, KEI, Havells, Polycab, L&T,RR,Universal.

2C x 1.0 Sq.mm shielded cable

Supply of following sizes of 1.1KV grade Copper conductor XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured cable conforming to IS : 7098 (Part-I) 1988 of as required.Preferable Make: KEI, Havells RPG, Unistar,Skytone, Polycab.

3.5core x 50 Sq.mm. Copper Cable

Providing and fixing 4.00 mm dia. copper earth wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface / UG cable as required.

Laying and fixing of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface with supports clamps etc. as required.
