S & F TMT bars 10 mm dia and above, cut to length , bent to shape required including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends, binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed ) not less than 0.9mm dia , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F TMT bars of 6 and incl 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed complete all as specified. and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L RCC Nominal mix, 1:2:4, type B1 using 20mm graded agg as foundations, including rafts, fottings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc,; basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified. and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified. and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified. and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L painting on steel surface over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified. and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified. and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Precast cement concrete block in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) masonry with solid block exc. 10 cm in width and setting in CM (1:4) complete all as specified

M&L 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick walls surface and concete surface, finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement and using water proofing compound(external surface) complete all as specified. and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down carefully aluminium point wiring light, fan socket or power complete fitting such as switches, ceiling rose, fan regulator, socket including light fitting etc complete with /PVC /MS conduit and T/W battern / casing caping and all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminimum conductor of size 16 Sq mm twin core, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections, flat or circular all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

M&L for point wiring with PVC FRLS insulated single core cable of stranded copper conductors of size 1.5 sqmm, 1100 volt grade drawn in and including rigid PVC casing caping accessories lain on wall/ceiling surface and fixed with PVC saddles and back-plate and GI screws, including PVC insulated single core cable of stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm as earth continuous wire connected to common earth and PVC Board for housing like switches, sockets, fan regulators etc all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for following :- (a) One light point/one fan point controlled by one switch

M&L for point wiring with PVC FRLS insulated single core cable of stranded copper conductors of size 1.5 sqmm, 1100 volt grade drawn in and including rigid PVC casing caping accessories lain on wall/ceiling surface and fixed with PVC saddles and back-plate and GI screws, including PVC insulated single core cable of stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm as earth continuous wire connected to common earth and PVC Board for housing like switches, sockets, fan regulators etc all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for following :- (b) One 3 pin 5 amps socket outlet independent with cables 1.5 sqmm size

M&L in repair for MCB SPN 63 Amp, 240V with 10KA breaking capacity of 'C' series in distribution boards with all accessories complete all as per specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair to MCB SP 6-32 Amp with 10KA breaking capacity of 'C' series in distribution boards with all accessories complete all as per specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm, 35/36 watt, 220 V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete all as per specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L in repair for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size (600 x 600 x 6.3) mm thick buried directly into ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, surrounded on all sides by alternate layers of 150 mm thick charcoal and common salt, connected to MS galvanized earh strip of size 25 x 4 mm by means of lugs, bolts, nuts, washer, check nuts of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3, wire protected by dia 15 mm bore light grade GI Pipe laid in floor and fixed to wall with proper size of clamps and watering pipe of bore 20 mm dia GI light grade including wire mesh funnel, PCC, earth chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm grade stone aggreate including form work cement mortar including CI Pit cover with frame necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil including testing on completion for desired result all as specified.
