Building Work Site Clearance

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls, CC road and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 50 metres as directed by Engineer. Cement Concrete Grade M-15 and above and PCC blocks

Earth work in excavation in foundation, trenches etc. including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated material, refilling after laying pipe / foundation and disposal of surplus excavated material at a lead up to 50 m suitable site as per direction of Engineer for following depths, below natural ground / Road top level. In all type soils/ Saturated soil such as moorum, sand, sandy silt, clay, black cotton soil, kankar, etc. depth up to 1.5m.

Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering – All work up to plinth level 1 : 5 : 10 (1 cement : 5 fine / coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering – All work up to plinth level 1 : 2: 4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 Cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded 20mm nominal size stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40mm thick.

Random Rubble stone masonry for with hard stone in foundation and plinth Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1-Cement : 6 Coarse-Sand).

Cement plastering including T & P, scaffolding, material and complete labour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 20mm cement plaster of mix.1:4 (1 Cement :4 fine/coarse sand). Extra for providing and making water proofing material in cement plaster work in proportion recommended by the manufactures.

Neat cement punning

Providing gola 75 x 75 mm in cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge) including finishing with cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design in 75 x 75 mm deep chase.

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in. Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement :6 Coarse Sand).

Centering and shuttering with plywood or steel sheet upto two stories or height up to 7.5 meter above plinth level including strutting , propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundation, Footings, bases of columns etc for mass concrete.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering , shuttering , finishing and reinforcement –All work upto plinth level: 1: 1 ½ : 3(1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing 1st quality standard white grey ivory fume red brown light green light blue and other light shades glazed tiles confirming to IS : 13753 & IS 15622 of size 200mm x300mm in wall floors, steps, pillars etc. laid on a bed of neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete (excluding the cost of cement plaster on walls and pillar). Extra for using size above 200x300mm in glazed tiles and for using 400mm x 400mm MAT finished tiles in place of 300mm x300mm size.

Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 12mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:4 (1 Cement :4 fine/coarse sand).

Providing and fixing 1st quality MAT finished ceremic tile size 300x300mm confirming to IS : 13755 and IS : 15622 colour such as white, grey, ivory, fume red brown, light green, light blue and other light shades in floors, steps, pillars etc. laid on a bed of neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete (including the cost of cement mortar bed 1:4). Extra for using size above 200x300mm in glazed tiles and for using 400mm x 400mm MAT finished tiles in place of 300mm x 300mm size.

Providing and fixing Granite stone slab mirror polished and machine edge cut in walls, pillars, steps, Shelves, Sills Counters, Floors etc. laid on 12mm (Av.) thick base of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) jointing with white cement mortar 1:2 (1white cement : 2 marble dust) with pigment to match the shade of the marble slab including grinding, rubbing and polishing complete. Jhunjhunu/ Jalore(Red/Choclate Colour. Above 3601 Cm2 Slabs.

Extra for providing edge moulding to 15-18mm thick marble/ Granite stone counters, Vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-incharge. Granite Work.

Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors windows ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS : 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth rust free straight mitered and joints mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminum snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the direction of Engineer in charge (Glazing and paneling to be paid for separately). Powder coated aluminum (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron).

For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron).

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture IS : 6315 marked, for doors including cost of cutting floors as required, embedding in floors and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S sheet outer box with slide plates etc. complete as per the direction of engineer in charge. With brass cover plate.

Providing and fixing IS : 3564 marked Aluminium executed section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Construction masonry chamber 30x30x50cm. inside with 75 class designation brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement :4 coarse sand) for stop cock with C.I. surface box 100x100x75mm (inside) with hinged cover fixed in cement concrete slab 1:2:4 mix (1 Cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)necessary excavation foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 Cement :5 fine sand :10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement :3 coarse sand) 12mm thick finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design. Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 Cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded 20mm nominal size stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40mm thick.

Cement plastering including T & P, scaffolding, material and complete labour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 20mm cement plaster of mix.1:4 (1 Cement :4 fine/coarse sand). Extra for providing and making water proofing material in cement plaster work in proportion recommended by the manufactures.

Neat cement punning

Centering and shuttering with plywood or steel sheet upto two stories or height up to 7.5 meter above plinth level including strutting , propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundation, Footings, bases of columns etc for mass concrete.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering , shuttering , finishing and reinforcement –All work upto plinth level: 1: 1 ½ : 3(1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work at all level including straightening cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Cold twisted bars.
