ROAD, PATH AND HARD STANING M&L for preparation of road surface and applying thermoplastic reflective paint for marking of minimum 1.5 mm thick single coat as a centre line or edge line etc, road marking of 150/100 mm width using “HOT MARK” thermoplastic paint (Hot application) white and yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as binder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, inter fillers etc, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be conforming to BS-6086 of MOST specification including spraying of glass beads etc complete all as per manufacturer instructions and as directed.

AREA DRAINAGE M&L Precast M-25 grade epoxy coating factory made RCC 'U' shape drain block of size 450mm width and average depth 600mm as per site condition and wall thickness 80 mm including reinforcement as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Precast factory made reinforced cement concrete cover slab of thickness 130 mm including reinforcement as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL Construction of RCC Septic tank designed for 100 users designed to carry sewage and sludge water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, RCC M-30 Design Mix in Walls , Base Slab , Baffle walls and Roof Slab including beams etc with Vent shaft , manhole opening with cover connection etc complete with effective depth of 1.5 m and overall depth of 3 m complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of Soakage wells excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 2.40 m dia x 3.00 m effective depth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying 200 mm internal dia double walled corrugated pipe (DWC pipe) Class SN8 (Pipe with online/offline coupler and elastomeric sealing ring) with non-smooth external annular corrugated and smooth internal surfaces for non-pressure undergound Sewerage & Drainage application confirming to IS: 16098-2013 including all materials labours, T&P required for proper completion of work, laid and jointed etc complete all as specified and directed.

SECURITY WALL, FENCING AND GATE Supply and fixing concertina coil with 600 mm dia (wire 275 GSM & strip 200 GSM) tensile strength of wire 1400-150 N/Sqmm, weight 6-8 Kg/coil, stretchable length 6 m to 8 m including securing or tying at crossing with galvanized steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Cutting existing DI pipe line 150 mm dia for insertion of tee of size 150 x 150 x 100 mm for branch connection including excavation and earth work complete

Supply, laying and jointing of ductile iron pipes with spigot and socket ends suitable for push on rubber tightened joint centrifugally cast, class(K-7), Inner side cement lining and outer side metallic zinc/black bitumen coating and any length , laid in trenches of 100 mm bore pipe including push on rubber (EODM) ring with ISI marked including special complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Please note cost of rubber tightened joints to be included in the above quoted rate. (ii) Excavation and earth work shall be masured and paid under respective schedule

Supply and fix Sluice valve 100mm bore both ends flanged class PN 1.6 with stainless steel spindle and 01 No hand wheel including making new flanged joint with 3 mm thick rubber gasket (Packing ring) with necessary bolt, nuts and washer of suitable size necessary including testing complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY : Supply installation, commissioning and testing of transformer ( Energy efficient, EEL-2, Level - 2 ) copper wound step down 200 KVA out door type 11/0.433 KV at no load 3 ph, 4 wire 50 HZ AC with oil immersed air naturally cooled (ONAN Type), with 1st filling of IS-335, external cooling tubes/radiators, Double wound core type copper wound having no load voltage ratio 11 KV/415 Volts corresponding to principal tapping, delta connected primary side (HV Side) and star connected on secondary side (LV Side) in accordance with vector symbol DYN 11 (Vector group-4) with neutral brought out on LV side and having tapping on HV side for constant out put so as to alter vary secondary voltage from ± 2 ½ %, ± 5% and ± 7 ½ % in step to be changed by mean of manual off load tap changing arrangements complete confirming to IS-1180 Pt-I 2014 with latest at the time of installation all as specified. The transformer shall be complete with following fittings and accessories:- (a) Oil conservator tank with filling hole and cap drain and oil level gauge. (b) Silica gel breather with oil seal and first fill of dehydrating agent. (c) Pressure relief valve with automatic resetting arrangement after release of pressure - 01 set. (d) Oil temperature gauge having range 0-120 C with max reading 100 mm dia with shut off valve between the conservator and main tank. (e) Adequate No of thermometer pocket including one number for accommodating bulb type thermometer. (f) Drain cum bottom valve.

(g) Top filter valve. (h) Prismatic oil level gauge. (j) Inspection cover. (k) Cover lifting lugs. (l) Jacking and lifting lugs. (m) Rating and diagram plate. (n) Separate neutral bushing brought out for earthing on LV side. (o) First filling of transformer oil confirming to IS-335-1972. (p) Earthing terminals -02 Nos located on diagonally opposite transformer tank base including lugs. (q) Transformer should have cable box on LT side and brass bushings on HT side.

Notes- (i) Drawing should be approved by GE before placing order. (ii) Transformer shall be platformed mounted as per TD drawing No TD-669 sheet 1/1 complete and rates quoted against this items shall be deemed to include for this provision. (iii) The contractor shall arrange factory visit as detailed by accepting officer to check the above system. (iv) Transformer should be 5 star rated and internal losses not more than 1% allowed.

Supply and erecting Steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 of 11 mtr long, all as specified and shown on drawings including the followings:- (a) Excavation in post holes in any types of soil, returning filling, well ramming and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr from the starting points. (b) PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation including form work complete. (c) PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including form work complete. (d) PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in base. (e) Painting of poles externally with two coat of black bituminous paint (upto planting depth) and above plinth block concrete collar with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface including painting of 30 cm wide bands 3 Nos with synthetic enamel paint of appropriate colour in alternate layer upto height of 1.5 m above plinth block. (f) Painting of coping shall be cement base paint complete all as directed. (g) Embeded portion shall be painted with two coat of black bituminous paint complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) This item consists of provision of steel pole and work mentioned in para (a) to (g) only. All other connected work, shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for end termination joint indoor/outdoor type complete with jointing material heat shrink type and accessories suitable for 3.5/4 core XLPE armoured, aluminium conductor cable of size 70 to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for DK Thermoplastic cable junction boxes IP 65 with metric knockouts for cable entry, weather proof for outdoor installation and including glands and with 4 terminals for terminating one incoming and outgoing UG cable of size 10/6 sqmm 2 core and fixed to the PSC/Steel Poles by means of suitable size of clamps with nut and bolts with suitable busbar all as spcd and directed.

M & L for cable route indicaor showing "MES HT U/G 11 KV " and route of cable with arrow (Embossed or engraved) made RCC in suitable shape and fixed in PCC block 1 : 3 :6 type C-2 using 40 mm gaded aggregate 60 cm X 30 cm in ground , 30 cm below ground level and 30 cm above ground level to show clear indication of cable including painting the complete slab wih red paint and marking the engraved/embosed letters/arrow with white paint complete all as directed.
