Complete overhauling of discharge gate of bottom ash hopper (In which new flap will be provided by department free of cost) as per scope of work
Replacement of damaged MS Plate of bottom ash hopper chute by cutting & welding with new MS Plate
Cutting of top support (Twisted/tilted top support brackets) & fixing after proper alignment after repairing
Repairing of overflow box by cutting
Providing scaffolding inside the bottom ash hopper of the boiler for different works in the furnace bottom ash hopper system
Fabrication of bended liner plate Size : 1500 X 600 mm Plate at head & fixing with mother plate & hard facing
Painting of scrapper conveyor body inner & outer (Both) side with one coat of red oxide primer & two coat of heat resistant paint (Up to 300ºC) of approved color.
Repairing of discharge end flange of bottom ash hopper
Repairing of swing wheel & Bracket of scrapper conveyor
Repairing and straightening of bulged/ eroded scrapper conveyer body
