(iii) Cleaning of plastered surface and applying one coat of oil based bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 (latest) @ 0.30 Ltr/Sqm . (iv) Supply and laying 3 mm (Minimum) thick APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer with weight not less than 3.80 Kg per Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyster babric weight not less than 150 gms per Sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 30 cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing.

(v) Applying one coat of bituminous aluminium primer @ 0.10Ltr/Sqm Note: (a) Primer, APP membrane & bituminous aluminium paint shall be of same manufacturer and executed through applicator authorised by the approved manufacturer only.
