Supply and fixing 60 Watt LED street light with pressure die cast aluminium housing & toughened glass with IP-66 degree protection, individual LED's must have peanut lenses for better throw across & along the road with luminarie efficacy of greater than 100 lumen/Watt (Minimum- lumen output of luminarie should be 6000 Lumens) color rendering (CRI) of > 75 and co-related color temperature (CCT) of 5700K (+ 500K). The luminarie should have 5 KV surge protection, PF > 0.95, and total harmonic distortion of THD < 10%, voltage range of 140-280V should be provided. Make of LED shall be CREE/NICHIA/OSRAM. The potted driver used must be a constant current constant voltage driver with efficiency of > 85%. The manufactures LOGO must be embossed/ engraved in the housing of the luminarie. Make: CG Cat No LSTP-60-CDL-M or Philips Cat No BRP409 LED 060 CW HE NR PC S1 PSU GR or Wipro Cat No LR13-971-XXX-57-HE .

Supply and fixing 120 Watt LED Flood light with pressure die cast aluminium housing & toughened glass with IP-66 degree protection, individual LED's must have peanut lenses for better throw across & along the road with luminarie efficacy of greater than 110 lumen/Watt (Minimum lumen output of luminarie should be 13200 Lumens) color rendering (CRI) of > 70 and co-related color temperature (CCT) of 5700K (+ 500K), The luminarie should have 5 KV surge protection, PF > 0.95, and total harmonic distortion of THD < 10%, voltage range of 140-280V should be provided. Make of LED shall be CREE/NICHIA/OSRAM. The potted driver used must be a constant current constant voltage driver with efficiency of > 85%. The manufactes LOGO must be embossed/Engraved in the housing of the luminarie. Make: CG Cat No LFLN-120-CDL/60-M or Philips Cat No BVP122 LED 124 CW HE AK55 FG XTFCL S4 or Wipro Cat No LF20-132-060-57-G2.

Note for item No 01 and 02 : (i) Contractor shall obtain LM 79 & LM 80 test report (Electrical, photometry and chromaticity) from third party NABL lab only and in house NABL lab test report for the light fittings will not be considered from the manufacturer. Test report will be submitted to the department at the time of sample/make approval. (ii) A Certificate from the manufacturer for warranty of minimum up to 2 years and warranty from contractor for any defect in light fittings for 2 years after physical compeletion of work shall be obtained and submitted to GE.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing XLPE insulated, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 core laid in trenches or passing through pipe or fixed on poles complete all as specefied and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing XLPE insulated, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 2 core laid in trenches or passing through pipe or fixed on poles complete all as specefied and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing XLPE insulated, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 core laid in trenches or passing through pipe or fixed on poles complete all as specefied and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) any size on poles, stretched on LT poles without any kink and bends of various sizes complete including fixing to insulator with Aluminium binding wire, fixed in repair, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F shackle type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator of size 75 mm height & 90 mm dia including galvanized mild steel straps of size 31 x 3 mm and bolt of size 12 mm dia, washers and nuts of 75 mm height & 90 mm dia for working pressure 1100 volts grade, fixed in repair, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F MS Channel/angle iron/flat iron of required size and bend to shape as cross arms, bracing and support including, MS clamps back plates with bolts, nuts, and washers drilled for insulators including painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Aluminium shade) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F erecting steel tubular swaged pole erected to truly vertical or planted as strut complete with 6mm thick MS base plate(300mmx300mm), welded to pole, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, and screws poles made out of ERW MS tubing conforming to IS-2713 Part-Il Type 410 SP-31, 9 mtr long including drilling of holes of required size for fixing of cross arms, painting the exposed surfaces of pole with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and with two coats of black bituminous paint internally and portion embedded in concrete, making five black & white bands at lower portion of pole each 300mm wide alternately upto the height and marking pole No. with black paint at suitable height including making two nos holes of suitable size in steel tubular pole by gas welding for passing PVC cable connection from junction box to security lights through pole where junction box to be fitted in pole, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note : The earthwork, PCC foundation, steel clamps, MS Cross arms & bracing of angle iron etc will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed size 4 Sqmm 2 core nominal cross section,fixed in repair, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rigid steel conduit heavy of size 20 mm dia with all fittings and fixed to pole for protection to PVC cable connection from junction box to security light included MS clamp of size 25mmx3mm thick MS clamp, nuts, bolts and washers, duly painted complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing bracket for street light fittings made out of 40 mm dia Gl pipe of light grade 1.5 mtr long each bent to required shape & size and fixed to pole with and including flat iron clamps 02 Nos made out of 32x6 mm flat iron including GI Nuts, bolts and washers and painting of clamps and street light brackets with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and fittings bracket to street light fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing modular box of size 280x170x130 mm made of FRP impact resistance plastic & heat resistant materials including MCB SP 6 Amp, Connector terminal block 4 pole 16 Amp capacity and fixing to the street light or post top light pole with suitable sizes of clamps, nuts and bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing main switch IC TPN 63 Amps 415 Volts with rewireable fuses complete including fixing on pole with MS Clamps of size 40x5 mm, nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing MCCB 3 pole 415 volts, 50 Hz, 63 Amps, Ics = 100% Icu with thermal magnetic trip of breaking capacity 16 KA complete including provision of suitable size PVC insulated copper conductor cable connections from bus bar to MCCB and making suitable arrangement for fixing in existing LT Panel complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing MCCB 3 pole 415 volts, 50 Hz, 100 Amps, Ics = 100% Icu with thermal magnetic trip of breaking capacity 16 KA complete including provision of suitable size PVC insulated copper conductor cable connections from bus bar to MCCB and making suitable arrangement for fixing in existing LT Panel complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 of SSR (Part-I) (loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete measured separately) with 1 m long & 16mm dia stay rod , complete all as specified.

S&F shackle, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green large size with overall dimension 65 x 90 mm & clearance of holes 16mm, fixed in repair, complete all as specified.

S&F galvanized steel wire 4 mm dia for continuous earth wire on poles and cradles at road crossing with fixing arrangement, fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground, (Earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to and including 4 mm dia galvanised steel earth lead wire by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised standard iron or steel all as specified or indicated in electrical plate no 3 of MES Part-I, including testing on completion including the material and labour of the following :- (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1. (c) Precast RCC cover with suitable handle 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than 1.87 Kg/Sqm. (d) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore medium grade and copper lugs etc all as specified. (e) 15 mm nominal bore light grade GI protection pipe 5 mtr long for protection . of earthing lead from mechanical injury or tempering.

Srl item No 21 (Contd...) (f) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. (g) Testing of earthing. Note : (a) On testing after completion of earthing, if the desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk and cost to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, exc 1.5 m wide and exc 1.5 m in depth and not exc 3.0 m in depth, for foundation of poles or for laying cables/pipes, etc. any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in (soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L dry coarse sand as cushioning to under ground cable provided with layer of 8 cms deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying and stretching the cable, punned to 18 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE Only punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

S&F brick covering with width equal to length of brick as mechanical protection to cable using sub class ‘B’ bricks laid flat of size 230mmx115mmx75mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping etc including necessary form work and finishing the surface with cement mortar 1:4, 5 mm thick finished to the portion of PCC muffs above ground level, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foudation , filling, sub base and mass concrete) as in foundation of pole and stay etc complete all as per the directions of Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking down old unserviceble street light fittings any type along with clamps/nuts, bolts washer etc complete all as per the directions of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Laying Galvanised iron steel tubes, ISI marked light grade of size 40 mm bore for cable protection along the poles under road under drains, laid in trenches/fixed on walls/poles with suitable clamps bolts nuts etc including taking down of old unserviceble pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
