Laying and Jointing PVC Pipe. Heading

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetations,grass, bush, wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1.0m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50m outside the periphery of UPPCL area cleared.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam Clay or Sand) including lift upto 1.5m and lead upto 30m and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and sides of the foundation work.

Supply and stacking of local sand at site including charges of royalty and carriage of the same at site including all leads after 8 kms.

Supply and planting of Garden Grass (Australian). including cost of plants, manure, pesticides,fertilizer, labour and T&P etc complete also including preparation of bed.

Hedge plantation in a row distance between two hedge 15 to 25 cm including digging hole 6” to 12” ,manure and treatment with proper chemical etc., including cost of all materials,labour and T&P etc complete in all respects.

Supply and stacking of compost manure at site including carriage upto 3 km ( Manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment).

Mixing earth sand and manure in proportion specified or directed by the engineer I/C.

Spreading of manure sand and good earth mixed in required proportion ( cost of manure, good earth & sand to be paid separately).

Providing and laying 18 mm. thick Kota stone in flooring or skirting over base cement mortar 1:4 mix and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete and including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Concrete with 4cm gauge I class brick ballast, coarse sand (F.M. 1.8 to 2.5) and cement in proportion of 12:6:1 in foundations and under floors including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion.

First class brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Dismantling existing plaster including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-I/C within a distance of 60 M.

12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar consisting of one part of cement & four part of coarse sand (1:4), minimum thickness not to be less then 10 mm including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc for proper completion of work.

Supply and plantation of approved 2 years old plants duly planted in earthen Gamla of approximate size 300x 300 mm nominal size, filled with compost manure and sand mixed in approved proportion including cost of approved quality earthen gamla, compost manure, sand all other materials, labour and T&P etc reqd. for proper completion of work.

As in item no 14 above but in mosaic gamla.

Supply and planting seasonal flower plants such as Genda, Rose, Ostar, Flox, Guldawadi,Gulmehndi, Cochia etc. including digging hole of proper size, manure and treatment with proper chemical etc., including cost of fertilizer, manure, all materials, labour and T&P etc complete in allrespects.

Supply and planting permanent ornamental plant like Croten, Varil pristal, Glodulus, Lily, Fern, Bogenbelia etc. including cost of plants, manure, pesticides, fertilizer, labour and T&P etc complete also including preparation of flower bed.

Supply and planting Ashoka, Pendula, Mango, Neem,Peepal,Sheesham etc in pits including cost of all materials, labour and T&p etc complete in all respects.

Disposal of rubbish / debris out side the UPPCL area as per direction of Er/in- charge including cartage, labour and materials, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (No. deduction for voids shall be made).

Painting or varnishing new iron work in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint and one coat of approved superior quality ready mix paint "Luxol" or equivalent brand or varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should conform to the I.S. 103-1950.

As in item 20 above but for every coat on previously painted old wood or iron work including its sand papering,rubbing and cleaning as required, for proper completion of work.

Applying Birla or equivalent putty on new interior or exterior surface over one coat of water based cement primer of ICI or equivalent brand for smoothening and levelling of the surface as per requirement and direction of Engineer I/C including cost of all material, labour, T & P etc required for proper completion of work.

Painting one coat with APEX or equivalent brand weather coat paint on new wall surfaces (well prepared with Birla putty and one coat of primer ICI or equivalent which shall be paid separately) including through washing with water including cost of all materials, labour, T&P required for proper completion of work.

Same as in item no 23 above but for every coat of additional APEX or equivalent brand weather coat paint .

Providing and fixing in place a full height storage cabinet 600 mm deep made with 19 mm thick ISI marked ply borad, all interior surfaces to finished with pasting of 0.8 mm thick mica and all exterior surfaces to be finshed with pasting of 1 mm thick mica of texture and colour as approved by Engineer in Charge including all labour, T&P, other items like (but not limited to) fevicol, nails screws, higes, sliders,door handles, multipurpose lock of godrej or equivalent rate etc. required for proper completion of works, to be measured interms of front area only.

Mild Steel or Iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses built up gates, door frames, record, racks roof work gates etc. wrought to required form including holes rivetting or welding where necessary and also fixing in proper position and alignment including cost of all materials supplied by contractor.

Supply and laying of 80 mm thick I shaped mechanically compressed rubber mould inter locking cement concrete paver block manufactured by high pressure & controlled vibration machine having plan dimension 200X(160+120 mm) with minimum 5 mm thick toping of O.P.Cement mixed with 25% marble powder. The compressive strength of concrete pavers blocks shall not be less than 30 MPa & 4.5 Kg/No. including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge but excluding G.S.T. which shall be paid extra as per rules.
